I had my roof done, all of my gutters, some fascia and all siding replaced. The roof was done in one day. The gutters and siding look amazing. I also got gutter guards installed which are amazing too. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. She has helped me make this process very smooth and hassle-free. I would also like to thank Virgil and his crew for an amazing job of the actual roof and soffit work. I’m greatly satisfied of their job and how clean it was in the end! Perfect Exteriors did a great job replacing our shingles. They communicated promptly and showed up on time for meetings and to start the job. They did quality work installing the new shingles and cleaned up and left the yard better than before the work was started. Really enjoyed working with Karina, Jonas and crew. Very reasonable proposal to re-shingle my garage before installing solar panels. I read a lot of good things about Malarkey and feel like I have a great roof that looks nice and will stand up to time and storms. They also did a really nice job modifying some trim pieces on the front of my house for a lighting project, it's nice to have skilled craftspeople that can do something unique. Perfect Exteriors got it done and it looks great!I also appreciate their partnership - after we got our solar system installed, they came back to look over the solar company's installation and make sure Perfect Exterior's roof warranty would remain in force. They were also willing to look at another area of roof where solar was installed on shingles they didn't replace to make sure everything looked well done. I trust Jonas to help us keep up with our maintenance in the future, he seems really honest and won't sell us a bunch of stuff we don't need.No one is ever excited to replace their roof, but when we need more work done I'll be glad to work with Perfect Exteriors again.

I can honestly say that Perfect Exteriors has been one of the most professional companies that I have worked with. We tried for months to find an exterior / roofing contractor to repair some siding on the upper story/roof of our house. Every contractor ghosted us after the initial consult. Not only did Perfect Exteriors complete the work, they did so in short order (and even came back to repair an additional spot that I had not noticed). Karina, Jonas and their crew were on time, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. They kept us apprised at every step of the way and were incredibly quick to respond. When I reached out to Perfect exteriors, I was not sure they would entertain minor repairs to siding/ roof. They were excellent in working with me and educating me on what the broken part is called and how they will fix it. They approach minor repairs with the same level of detail as major work and do not brush you off because you are not billing big. Jonas showed up on time and was courteous, professional and informed. This company was referred to us via the Next Door app and they were "Perfect" and amazing! We are happy with the J-channel repair that prevented potential leaks in four areas. Jonas took the time to explain what the problem was and made sure that everything that needed fixing was completed while the siding and channels were off. Also, the sales and support staff person I dealt with, Karina was very helpful in coordinating the work. Perfect Exteriors surveyed the damage, assisted with our insurance claim, met with the adjuster, and served as general contractor for all repairs. They did an excellent job and we are very satisfied! Perfect Exteriors Inc. was able to replace the 3 areas that needed fixing with the exact brand, style, and color we needed. Karina provided a reasonable estimate very quickly and her communication was top notch throughout the process. We were pleased that she was able to schedule the repair a week later. Al came out for the repair and was prompt and professional. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain what the original company did wrong when installing which caused our problem. We went with Perfect Exteriors because they live in our neighborhood and the Google reviews were outstanding. They really knocked it out of the park. Karina and Jonas took care of every concern we had come up during our full roof, gutters/raindrop gutter guards, and siding projects. Karina emailed full renderings of any color scheme we were considering for the roof/siding. We went with a shake in the front of the house on their suggestion and it came out fantastic. My builder was using Perfect Exteriors for some siding repair. One day I notice a man in my dumpster and it was Jonas from PE looking for a scrap piece of my old siding so he could match the paint color for the boards he would be replacing. I was expecting to have to hire a painter to take care of that after the repair. Nope, he went above and beyond to do a great job! He and Karina also helped me with much needed skylight repairs. New roof installed. From the first estimate to the last day of work Perfect Exteriors was a pleasure to deal with. The roofers did a wonderful job. When finished, they were quite mindful of clean up. We had several estimates on a new roof and Perfect Exteriors was start to finish miles ahead of all other companies we dealt with. We were talked through pros/cons of all options. They were very thoughtful and added value to the project by proactively improving the venting on my house and getting my garage solar-ready by moving vents. This attention to detail and good communication was what made them a great company to work with. At the end of the day the roof looks fantastic, and my yard is clean of debris, they did a really nice job cleaning up.
