Nice builders but response after purchase is complete is not up to my customer expectations.3/8/2023-changing rating from 3 to 5 star..Justin reached out immediately and explained why they couldn’t come and fix the issue. I haven’t seen this level of customer service after my review in google. Business is watching all these customers reviews..Again Big thanks to Justin!!!

We recently worked with Tom Armstrong and his team to remodel our kitchen and couldn't be happier with the results. From demolition to the meticulous trim work, the workmanship and professionalism was outstanding. Communication was great throughout the process and subcontractors showed up when the said they would. Armstrong Builders were our choice to build our custom home. Paul was exceptional during the planning and design process. He was professional and calm while my wife and I made multiple changes before agreeing on a final building plan over the course of a few months. Paul showed a lot of attention to detail throughout the course of the building phase. He priortized and communicated any of our concerns with the subcontractors. The software they use in co-construct was a great tool in keeping everyone in the loop, plus provides documentation of decisions made for quick reference. Elliot, the project manager, was also exceptional during the process. He and Paul returned any messages or calls promptly. My wife and I recommend Paul and his team at Armstrong Builders to others. Armstrong builds a beautiful home.. his crew is great — Incredibly responsive and helpful (especially Justin). However, as I’m sure happens with any new home construction, there were numerous mistakes made throughout the building process including one major error for which Tom Armstrong took no responsibility. Somehow, they installed the wrong tile in our master bath. He claimed we changed our minds at the last minute even though it was obvious it was his team’s mistake. Honestly, with the number of homes they were building at the time, it’s easy to see how a mistake like that could happen. However, he never owned it.. making matters worse, he made us pay to have the wrong tile ripped out and correct tile installed. (Charged us $1,000 for about a 10 square foot area and a 2-hour job). It’s one of the most dishonest things I’ve ever seen or heard of during a home construction process — especially from a legitimate builder and developer. Had it not been for that, we would have given this a 5 star review. They build a beautiful home.. but, be sure to document every conversation so when the inevitable mistakes are made, you won’t be taken advantage of.
