We just moved into a house with septic. The equipment had a sticker from Christopher Concrete so we called them out to help us fix some problems. Jason showed up on time and was super helpful and professional. Our go to company for just about any type of work needed.

I have called at least 10 times over the past 3 weeks attempting to get ahold of someone to purchase a storm shelter. No answer. No call back.Edit: they finally called me back immediately after leaving a one star review on Google. Then the lady could not give me a price over the phone. Said she would have one of the guys call me right back with pricing. That was several days ago. Still no call back. Apparently making sales and customer service is not one of their top priorities. Go somewhere else for your storm shelter needs.

The staff was very nice when we ordered our storm shelter. I was so excited, told them how we were going to put our pool up and wanted the storm shelter in the back to make sure we had room for the pool. The guy said they could put the shelter practically anywhere. So he came out and showed where they were going to set it. The day they were doing it, I was at work and my husband was just leaving the dr. when he received a call telling him they couldn't set it where he thought. My husband told him he would be right there. Bu the time my husband got there, they had already set it right in the middle of my yard. We have called and emailed them, with them saying they would be by, and never showing. I went the whole summer with no pool.. They dont answer our emails or nothing. I have a whole yard we cant do anything with now. Plus, the shelter is leaking. Spent $6000, and didnt get what we wanted. We have been asked by several people why we would set it there..no one in their right mind would ruin their space like that. If you want someone to treat you right...go to southern illinois storm shelter...
