After calling several companies that claimed they were good at flat roof repairs, we chose Accurate Roofing. They came out at a mutually agreed upon time to properly assessed the flat roof on a large rental property in Elgin Illinois. They then provided us a written estimate detailing the scope of work and the material that would be used, and even pointed out some other areas of concern outside of the scope on an adjacent balcony flat roof. We agreed on the job and awarded them the work. They were always on time, worked around the weather with clear communication so we could advise the tenants and then communicated with us the entire time especially once the old flat roof was removed exposing exactly what had been occurring and the extent of the damage. The workmanship is excellent, the staff kept the job site clean daily and with their communication style - there were no surprises unlike what we had experienced with other roofers over the years. We would highly recommend them for the level of quality and profession you receive, the quality materials they use, (i.e., high mil fabric and plywood andnot OSB boards, and all the rest), clean, organized, great communication and a strong overall value. I think at this point, I have given this company ample time to refund my money for a job that was canceled. I was given a quote for laying concrete in my backyard. At date and time was set any my deposit was given to this company. On the day that the work was to be started, no one showed up. We called and was told they were sick and couldn't come. We set a new date, then another. Ultimately I just asked for my deposit back. Excuse after excuse, and the deposit was never provided, despite them telling me "next week" over 10 times( I have text documentation to prove this). I tried to get my money back for over a year (1,500). Please beware of this company.

I was very impressed with the speed in which they responded to my call. After calling quite a few companies and only getting voice mails, Frank actually answered and came out the same day. Awesome service and very reasonable prices. Had my new roof in a week. We also hired them to redo our front cement stairs. So happy to find a company that handles both services. Very honest company and very reliable.
