Sam and the guys were extremely friendly, professional and responsive from the moment I called them. They were recommended to me from another roofing company that was too busy to take the job. Sam came over that same evening and walked me through the potential roof repairs. That same evening, he sent me two quotes detailing everything that would be done to it. After getting a couple other quotes over the course of the next week, he was on standby, but the minute I emailed him to begin the job, he was there the next day. They resealed my roof, which had many air pockets as you can see from the before and after pictures. Sam was extremely responsive throughout the day and talked me through the whole process. The guys he has are friendly and very hard-working. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.

We had a great experience with Expert Super Seal. We needed to have our roof replaced. Throughout the process, communication was great with Sam. The proposal was detailed and thorough and he took the time to answer our questions. I highly recommend, as they respond quickly, their work is high quality and service is amazing. My first job was a leaking roof. Part of the roof was steep, while other parts were flat. Samuel was out the same day to take a look and walked me through the various options. He had a quote prepared for me later that day.My friend works on roof insurance claims and I sent her their detailed quote. She said it was very thorough and included all the components of a high quality roof (types of materials, installation process, etc.). Work started right away. Samuel's crew did a great job. He kept me informed and the job was completed quickly.A few months later I needed to raise the height of the block walls surrounding my garage deck. I sent Samuel a message and he was out the same day to take a look and provided a quote later that day. Once again the work was completed quickly over the next week. I highly recommend Expert Super Seal. We hired Sam and his crew this June to do a complete tear off and reroof. He was prompt and professional with giving us two detailed quote options and an in-person analysis of the root cause of our water damage and underlying issues. The job was easy to schedule and was completed promptly in two days. I came home to a brand new roof with ten-year warranty, and a clean property. I can also attest to their level of customer service. Sam was easy to reach anytime with questions & extremely friendly.

This happened in February 2019, i should have reviewed sooner!!. 100% dishonest, bait and switch Company. Was given an estimate of,$2,600 (labor and materials) for 100 sq ft roof. When the job was finished owner tried to bait and switch and charged over $11,000. I had to hire an attorney to pay the original amount given on the contract that was signed. Edit: This is the right Company, Expert Super Seal on Diversey Pkwy. If you want to " make it right" you can reimburse me the $1,500 I had to pay to hire an attorneyService: Roof installation

Samuel from Expert Super Seal Roofing came out quickly and provided an estimate for tuckpointing and roofing work to correct several intermittent leaks I have had over several years. They had many good recommendations in the process and pointed out several deficiencies in the existing roof that were likely causing the problems. I trusted their recommendations and they came out within the next several days (actually on a Sunday because I was anxious to get it done!) and completed the work. They were able to setup and get to some very hard reach locations. I was very impressed with Samuel and his crew. They were recommended to me by another building owner and I appreciated the referral. Sam and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Sam was quick in getting back to me on every detail. Even thou it was obvious that his crew would not be able to work, due to the rain on the Saturday morning, Sam called to advise me that they would not be there. The crew was both knowledgeable and hard working and even showed up on Sunday morning to make up for the Saturday rain delay. Outstanding customer service by Sam and his team. They responded to my inquiry the same day, e-mailed me a quote, and finished the work within the end of the week. They sealed my dormer, skylights, and applied and reflective coating to my roof. They were also the only company to locate and fix (finally!) a leak that has been stumping other roofers for months. And, to top it off, they did this all at a cost far below what other companies quoted me. They are great!

We had a major leak in the the flat roof on our 6-unit condo building. Expert Super Seal was quick to respond, friendly and gave us a quote for repairs that was reasonable. They fixed the leak and did a great job. We had them back out a few months later to complete a full roof reseal on our building. Highly recommend!

The team completed spot tuck-pointing and sealing of our split-faced brick (3-Flat). We also had overgrowth of vines up an entire wall of our building that they removed.Sam was great throughout the process. Very responsive when I first sought quotes and it continued through to the finish.Keep in mind that weather is a factor, but Sam was able to start early and they finished early. They did a nice job and solved some identified internal water leaks. It's a relief to have this corrected and the job done hassle free.My HOA sought 6 quotes and ESSRT was in competitve range.I recommend checking these guys out!

Sam and Expert team were great. It was tough scheduling due to rain throughout the Spring--but when the sun shined, Expert's team was on-site working sun up to sun down. They were very knowledgeable about current/preferred materials and roofing techniques. And his team was incredibly curious while working onsite.

I called them on a Thursday and they answered the phone, which was a pleasant surprise. I explained that I had a leak coming off the front of my building and he set an appointment for the coming Saturday. They failed to show up however and did not even call. these guys we're great i own a management company and I've been using them for years for both roofing and tuckpointing and they are great at both they are also fast, on time and reliable i usually work with Samuel he explains exactly what needs to be done and hows he's going to do it in a way us non construction workers can understand LOL he also answers any questions i would ask and puts the quote and warranty in writing on the spot and emails it to you or prints it out of his mobile printer i defiantly highly recommend them. thanks samuel i will be calling you soon i'm obtaining 20 more properties and and a few of them need some work

Very disappointed, I called them because of the great reviews but my first appointment was canceled for whatever reason, rescheduled for two days later and no one showed up, called Sam and told him we had an appointment, he told me he would call me back in 10 minutes and he never called me back.
