From start to finish every member we worked with on the project was amazing! Install was a breeze and scheduling the times for work to be completed was easy and very flexible which for my business was huge! The installers were clean and always making sure that they weren’t in the way or too noisy for my customers, left job site everyday in debris free and looking better than when they arrived. This is now the second roof from the Lindholm family on my second business, and I will continue to use them for any of my roofing needs. I can not express enough how happy we are with the roof and now can rest easy knowing that it’s done right once and for all!!!

Last December, they repaired the clay tile portion of my roof. My roof had no problem, but I had the flat part of my roof replaced and I wanted to be sure the clay tile section was in good shape. The sales person was very nice and seemed honest. Within 5 months I had water damage to my ceiling. I had never had a problem before they ‘repaired’ my roof. Now I have a huge water spot bubbled on my ceiling. It took them several months after the damage occurred to come out to ‘fix’ it. I had to call repeatedly to get them to come out. I have no idea what they did or if they did anything at all.

I contacted Lindholm to install gutters on my detached garage after seeing them doing a job for a neighbor. Within about a week, I received an estimate over email after Dennis came by to see the garage (I didn’t even need to be home), and I signed off on black gutters and gutter guards for a little over $2k. He told me it’d be about two weeks and they’d be back for install. Less than 5 days later, I got a call that the installers were headed over in the late afternoon for the install. It took about two and a half hours and it was done. I really appreciated the main installer guy taking the extra time to make sure angles and corners were precise and walking me through his process. Nice guy and really high standards. I’d absolutely work with Lindholm again.

bought our house from seller who used Lindholm for clay roof repair, their work was only warranted for a few months. When confronted about their work, they said it was our problem now. The roof leaked at same spot not even six months after repair and caused water damage to ceiling. I recommend looking elsewhere. Not professional roofers

Avoid! It’s just a group of sales people for duralast roofing material. They did poor work and added stuff that wasn’t in the contract or agreed to. (2 new skylights?? You must be joking) It takes days or weeks to get responses and all they do is pass you back to the “project manager” who is just a sales person for their product and has no actual accountability. No one is in charge so you never actually talk to an owner or boss. For example I’ve had the project guy out to “take measurements” once since they declared the work completed and now they are asking to schedule another visit to “take measurements”. So somehow they installed and finished a roof including installing 2 unwanted skylights without even taking measurements yet they have total confidence in their man. It’s crazy. The other quotes I got for bitumen roofs were more expensive but I really wish I had used one of them. Very shady operation but at least I have a contract and well documented emails.UPDATEDThey did in fact schedule a follow up appointment as I mentioned in my original review and they stated in their response. In typical Lindholm fashion I got a call from Ryan who is the owners grandson or son saying that they needed to reschedule the appointment and he was going to personally come out in person to ensure my issues were resolved then DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP or call. So its been 4 months, tons of visits and still no proposal to finish the project or address the issues in their billing and I'm still dealing with the same sales guy. At this point they should be paying me for wasting so much of my time.Service: Roof installation

We used Lindholm Roofing to replace our roof and gutters after hearing from multiple neighbors that they did a great job. We got bids from three roofers, and went with Lindholm. They did an excellent job. Matthew coordinated scheduling, and kept us in the loop on all the developments, such as finding several water-damaged boards once the shingles were pulled up. They crews cleaned everything up each day, using a magnetic broom to thoroughly sweep the whole property for nails and debris. Great work, and responsive staff: we strongly recommend Lindholm Roofing.

Milton at Lindholm Roofing helped us make the right decision for the replacement of our flat roof ( an addition on our Mansard style house). He explained the different materials and the cost involved. The roofers were quick, thorough and polite. We also had our sliding door replaced at the same time( using a company the Lindholm works with), when we weren't happy with the locking mechanism on the door Milton came to look at it. He agreed with us and a worker from the door company replaced it in 2 days.A few weeks after the work on the flat roof was completed rain water came into our house. I called Milton and the crew and Milton were there the next day. They discovered that a vent on our Mansard roof ( not the roof that had been replaced) needed replacing. The work was done within the week, we've had no issues since.We will definitely use Lindholm again.We highly recommend them.Service: Roof installation

The vent to my master bathroom vent/light was leaking. They sent out Tom and he was able to determine the problem. They were able to schedule the repair in a timely manner. The two person crew were able to fix the problem in under an hour. Very happy with the service.

I used this company several times in the past but they have gone downhill. Hired to fix a roof leak in a clay tile roof and patch mortar. After two visits the roof still leaks and several areas still have missing mortar. One section they actually used tar on a tile roof to try and fix the leak! They refused to send up a one of there drones to check the work. Refused to let me speak to ownership and only allowed to speak to a manager. After a phone conversation with the manager I never heard back for over a month until I was emailed the invoice with $500 taken off but no message or explanation at all. Had to hire another roofing company who repaired the roof properly. If you have a clay tile roof, do not use this company.Service: Roof damage repair

I hired Lindholm Roofing in 2018 to fix an area in my house which was damaged from water leaking through the ceiling. They came out several times, always trying a "new fix" which cost me more money. After paying them a total of $1,465.00, this is what the inside of my house looks like today. When it rains, water leaks down the walls, bubbling the paint and pooling under the carpet. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Our condo association contracted with Lindholm to have new gutters installed along the back of our condo building. From the start there was no communication between our association and the project manager, Joe Ponder. He would not respond to calls or emails. He would show up unannounced randomly with a team to work, but poor installation of the gutters had the east and west end being higher then the mid-section and water did not drain but overflowed the gutters in the center. Instead of leveling the gutters they installed a 3rd drain line in the center. The gutter system still has areas that are low and retain water on the east side of the building. The project took seven months to complete due to the poor communication and disappearances of the work team. As soon as payment was made the office manager, Rose Matos, also stopped responding to requests to obtain the 2 year warranty from the company. To date we still have not received the warranty and the east gutter is still retaining water and not up to code. Overall review: Poor/No communication. Installation was poor and not level. They have not provided documentation for the warranty despite multiple requests.Service: Gutter installation

We realized after his arrival that we did not have the necessary vent pipe and flashing that would be required. We did get multiple quotes from other companies but not one compared in terms of professionalism and responsiveness to our Lindholm project manager Rodrigo Cisneros. He was so thorough and clear about exactly what was going to be done and explained the benefits of the unified CertainTeed roofing system. The crews that came out to install our new roof and gutters were great. Respectful of our property during work and cleanup, hard working and fast! My HOA contacted Lindholm Roofing to do some gutter repairs for our building (which they performed) and then they became unresponsive when asked to fix a east gutter (that is not up to code). They promised to give our HOA President a response on the requested fix in March/April and have not done so. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend as now our building currently has out of code gutters causing further issues for all the residents.Service: Gutter repairs

I have used Lindholm Roofing twice now and their service is amazing. They came to fix some flashing on my roof that was causing some water damage and then I called them back out to get an estimate on some metal coping that had come loose. They took a look and fixed it for free. Another company had quoted me $3000. It was such a quick fix and I really appreciate them not giving me an overblown quote for unnecessary work. Excellent experience from start to finish! Our project manager, Tom, was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The crew that performed the work was also very professional and went to great lengths insure there was no damage done to any landscaping or outdoor furnishings. Once the project was complete you would never have known they were there except for the fabulous looking new roof! I will highly recommend Lindholm roofing to all of my family and friends!

Lindholm diagnosed the problem as a leaking ridge vent and replaced it in a very professional manner. I have been using Lindholm Roofing for almost 30 years. They roofed 2 additions to our home, replaced the entire roof, installed new gutters, downspouts, gutter guards and skylights. Their work is always excellent and Tim Lindholm is the best. They made me feel like a savvy decision maker just for hitting the jackpot and calling them for my business. I don’t often provide reviews but after realizing I had already told my neighbor, someone at the Ace Hardware, and my brother in-law (he doesn’t deserve them) about Lindholm Roofing I realized 1.) I couldn’t stop talking about them and 2.) I wanted other folks to experience the satisfaction I did. I actually am looking forward to my Uncle gloating about his Lindholm Roofing recommendation to me at the egg hunt and then again at the grill during Easter. I was actually referred to Lindholm by another nice roofer because he was having some personnel issues and could not get up on our tall, steep roof to provide an estimate. He wrote that Lindholm "have many estimators with proper equipment to reach your roof on the first visit." Unfortunately, Milton was the estimator who called me and said he would NOT get up on our roof. Instead he would provide an estimate based on satellite software. When I started to ask questions about it, he cut me off, was dismissive, and condescending. It's important for us to hire a contractor that listens and can balance a customer's needs with their own expertise in a respectful manner. Clearly Milton is not the right fit to quote (let alone manage) a major (expensive) job in which our home and garage roofs & gutters would likely need to be replaced. Perhaps he was having a bad morning, is too busy, or is simply inpatient and needs to be the loudest guy in the room. Because Lindholm came as a professional referral, I was initially hopeful and looking forward to the appointment. Luckily moving forward, there are many other roofers with good reviews that we can consider.

Lindholm Roofing came through when we needed a quick estimate last minute and provided the necessary documentation / information we needed to get our roof cost covered by insurance. After we hired them to replace a roof that was 20+ years old, they were professional, fast and perfectionists. They even came back after they were done to fix up our siding. It's clear customer service is a high priority for them. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Lindholm Roofing to anyone who needs to repair a roof!
