Promax did a great job siding our house. Every step of the process was easy. They were always on time, clearly communicated our schedule, the workmen were skillful and professional in their conduct, and they were a pleasure to have around. They worked with me to add a couple of little extras that I wanted with no problem, and they came up with some suggestions that were frankly a lot better than what I was thinking about. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I hired Promax to construct a screened room on my existing deck. Promax in turn hired a sub contractor to build the screen room, I’m not going to name the subcontractor because the screen room itself was constructed as it should have been . The Problem began with the roof and flashing materials used. The roof had 12 leaks the first month and a half. The sub contractor came back each time to stop the leaks and even provided a 2 year warranty against further leaks. I notified Promax each time there was an issue. After setting all winter leaks returned this spring. Promax contacted a roofing contractor they work with and sent them to my house to investigate the leaking. The roofing contractor showed up on a Thursday inspected the roofing and determined that the flashing tape to seal the flashing has been installed incorrectly. The roofing contractor showed up the next day installed new flashing tape correctly to fix the issues. If leaks happen to return, I don’t think they will, Promax told the roofing contractor to do what ever it takes to make sure there are no more leaks. I know this is lengthy. My whole point is John Scnilawski stands behind his company and will do whatever it takes to make sure customers are satisfied with their work

We recently needed a door replaced after having to kick it in causing damage to the wall as well. Promax did a phenomenal job fixing the issue for us. Very professional folks from start to finish. From reaching out and coordinating with John on the timing and pricing structure, they not only struck a fair bargain but showed up on time with everything ready to rock and roll. the door looks better then it previously did and they fixed our back door as well which had metal bent outward (they crimpled it back into place making it look tremendously better). I cant say this enough but I highly recommend Promax for every job you need. They are extremely nice people and made sure to consistently reach back out for satisfaction on the work they conducted. Thanks again Promax! Definitely owe ya'll one:)

I am so pleased with the work Promax did in our lower level! A section of our ceiling needed new drywall, texture, and paint. They also painted a couple of the walls since the top of the wall would need painting anyway. The husband and wife team did such an amazing job. I was nervous about the ceiling texture matching the rest, but they such a great job matching and blending it to the rest of the ceiling! They were so nice and always on time.Services: Paint indoors, Drywall installation

Promax helped to fix damage to my roof that came from the storm and was very quick, efficient, and overall I loved the job they did. I called them due to my gutter falling apart as well as a piece of fascia hanging from my roof and they were out to fix the problem ASAP. 5 star service and a job well done! John was wonderful and kind to me and my husband so I will definitely be contacting them for my next project.

Tommy and Ron are absolutley amazing. Not only did they replace my tub and fix the floor underneath, they put up new drywall, mudded the entire bathroom and ceiling, and painted everything for me. Every day when they left they would mop up the floor where they had been walking. They even oiled my squeaky front door! After they were done, they cleaned the whole bathroom. Their work is stunning, the guys are friendly, and they go above and beyond to make their work perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the interior work of my house! My house flooded and once insurance said get construction company out to start I called Pro Max and the owner John came out 2 days later to talk to us and had a whole crew with him that instantly started. John was very nice and humble he took very good care of us and even helped us pick out some things for our house like the flooring and counter tops. He took time to listen to us and make sure we were happy. His 3 different crews that came out was fantastic! They were quick, respectful, and cleaned up well after their selves! I will be doing business with them in the future!

My roof was in need of repair for a number of years. As they began to engage in the work there was a significant amount of dry rot found. Very quickly they brought in a second crew to address the issue so that the roofers could finish their work. The entire time I was consistently informed of the changes needed, and they took my calls after business hours when I needed clarification on things I did not understand. They worked within my budget and the work is absolutely perfect. They went above and beyond even sealing up small holes in other areas unrelated to the roof to help protect my investment. The service I receive from Promax was very good. John always made sure I was satisfied with the completed job. Just this past Dec 2017 he had his contractor come to my home and install electric baseboard heaters when another company said my furnance was no good.John had his worker check furnance and it was good just a plug in the fluke. He made sure I wanted the heaters installed once I founded out the furnance was good. I can say my home has been very warm since. Thanks to him.All home improvement I had him do them. He is my personal contractor,Thank you John.

After my business Donnie's Homespun Pizza was robbed, I called John and he had someone over the same day to secure my back door with a temporary bolt lock. Promax met with our insurance claim adjustor and coordinated a contrat which was covered by our insurance. They installed a new door and lock system that works better than it was before the incident. The lock is much more secure know and has devies that make it more difficult to pry open. Service was great.

My husband and I hired PROMAX 10 years ago to install 6 security doors on our home. They did a great job!!! This year we hired PROMAX to install a SAFETY SHOWER and SPA TUB plus an ON DEMAND HOT WATER heater and, once again, PROMAX did a great job. We trust our security doors and enjoy using our spa tub and shower. We plan to call PROMAX for projects we're planning for our home in the near future....

I have no idea how this company received 5 stars unless it was a different crew. They are currently working on roof next store and its a nightmare. The workers look high on drugs and I've gotten cussed out over their mistakes. I don't know why its taking soooooo very long. But can't wait till they are done. I won't even give them 1 star
