10 out of 10 stars. Scheduled an appt promptly. Technician (Sean/Shawn) arrived on time and in under an hour had everything working perfectly again. He was very polite and professional, he even cleaned up the few leaves he tracked in from my woefully unraked yard. He also provided me with the correct size air filter plus info on preventative maintenance, and the yearly maintenance package is well worth the price for the value. Having lived in Carbondale for only 6 weeks - it is a sinking feeling when you realize your air conditioner has broke in the midst of a massive heat wave! I picked Webb’s H&C from an google search and wasn’t disappointed! They were able to fit me in the same morning I called and the technician Craig did what he needed to do - including breaking the news to me that I needed an expensive repair. He was straightforward and gave me options. Although my AC unit is old - he repaired with parts he had available. When the time comes in the next few years to replace the whole system I will certainly get a bid from them!Service: A/C system repair

Best service ever. The clean and check program is the best money I have ever spent. I have no concerns about surprise break downs. Technicians are the very best. I called around 10 am. Since I'm a member of clean and check they said they would be here between 2 and 4. Tech arrived at 330 and finished the repair by 440. Best service ever. My experience with Webb’s has been fantastic. The equipment I’ve bought from them has been excellent. When I first connected with Webb’s, Mr. Webb said, “We can fix your furnace temporarily and that will give you time to get other estimates but you’ll still need a new furnace.” Of course, I bought one from them. Their service is amazing. I’ve never had to wait even a day. One hot summer day, my air conditioner went out in the late afternoon and I called Webb’s expecting to suffer through the night. Mr. Webb answered the phone and said, “I’m going to a meeting tonight and will be passing through your town. May I stop by?” I said, “Sure” but didn’t expect the AC to be fixed. I was wrong! Mr. Webb said the problem was the Freon and fixed it on the spot. Now, what kind of service is that? No wonder I’m pleased with Webb’s! Their techs are excellent as well - very polite, always wear slippers, and leave no mess.

Just purchased a new home and the Webb sticker was on the air showing where they have serviced it for the past 9 years or so. Called them and ask if they would continue to service it. Set an appointment. They were on time and professional. And even put on covering on there boots before entering the home. They are now my heating and air guys. Thanks Webb!!!!UPDATEmy HVAC system was 25 years old and I stead of it quitting in the middle of winter I phoned Webb for a quote.They I stalled a new unit and cleaned the vents. The guys were professional. Explained the system and how to program the thermostat. They cleaned up and sealed everything. They will be back 2 time a year to service the unit. I should be able to make another 25 years again. Oh and as a bonus the unit is Energy Star rated so my heating and cooling bills will be less expensive. After our whole heat pump system needed to be replaced, I got quotes from 3 different local companies. After spending a LOT of time (several days) doing research on the matter and comparing the 3 different companies, brands, features, specs and options, I decided to go with Webb's. I felt like I got a good price for our system including an Ameren rebate and a manufacturers rebate.Mr. Webb and all of the employees I dealt with were all very nice and prompt. They kept me up to date on the time frame for everything through both phone calls and texts.When they did the actual installation, any of the mess that was made during the installation process was cleaned up before they left. I felt like they thoroughly checked the system after installation to ensure that everything was working correctly.I have already given a referral to a friend to get a quote from Webb's and they also ultimately purchased their replacement heat pump system from Webb's for their house (after they looked at multiple companies).
