We identified PDQ Construction through Menards.They constructed and installed a replacement wooden back gate next to our garage and sank a rounded wooden boarder around our front parkway and around ground cover next to our front door. Owner Calvin Lynn came out quickly to evaluate the job, gave us a reasonable price and good advice about how best to accomplish the job. The work had to be delayed due to the weather and the volume of work the company was under contract to perform, but it was ultimately done well and to our satisfaction. Calvin and his crew of Paul and Chuck were nive, accomodating and well equipped to deal with the project. We would contract with them again.

I have used Calvin Lynn and PDQ Construction on two separate occasions. Each time, Calvin and the team have worked diligently to make upgrades and repairs to our home. Whether it was the interior and exterior doors we had replaced or the replacement of drywall and moulding from recent winter ice damning; PDQ did an Excellent! job.Each job, Calvin presented a competitive price and clearly laid out the work to be completed. Calvin has made suggested changes based on product quality and experience. While completing the work, I've had contractors say they clean but PDQ actually does, they lay down tarps and plastic and swept before departure. If you tell me "I need two weeks," I already plan for three in my head. PDQ comes, works, cleans, leaves, and repeats until the job is done and has never exceeded the timeline given.We have several other jobs we need completed, Calvin and PDQ is and will be our first contact.

Calvin and Chuck did an amazing job on installing my entry and security door ! I am not easy to please because of my high stands and expectations . These guys rose to the expectations : Calvin. communicated the time they would arrive , and was on time , and they cleaned up their work site and left promptly for their next scheduled appointment . I was so pleased with their work . I schedule future projects with them . I pray that God continues blesses his business. !

Warning, BEWARE!!!!!!After purchasing a beautiful exterior door, we knew we needed a professional to install it. Calvin Lynn of PDQ Construction information was advertised at the local Menards. We did our homework, so we thought, read the reviews, ready set go, right?Well, after numerous unanswered phone calls and texts, he finally responded.That should have been a tip off of what was to come, but we thought perhaps he's busy which can be a positive sign!My husband even tried to give him "an out," if the job was too small, no problem. He reassured us that it was not.It ALL went downhill from there!After confirming the date and time, my husband who also works in the trades scheduled days off work TWICE anticipating his arrival.BOTH times he received texts the same day that he was supposed to be at my house with unacceptable excuses! After about 2 months of these shenanigans we gave up.Needless to say, my beautiful door is still uninstalled. Got trust issues now! Lol!We'll keep trying, someone else, of course
