We worked with John and GEM after a hail storm hit our area. We had over a dozen people knock on our door offering to "help"John met with our insurance company and we were able to replace the entire roof. The team arrived before 8 and when I stopped by at lunch they were cleaning up and already done!I had GEM come back in and build our new deck with Trex Decking. We had a design already in hand and it was built out perfectly. The quote was far less than anyone else and we could not be happier with the experience.Highly recommended!!!

I had the pleasure of hiring Gem Exteriors to replace my roofing and siding this year and the experience was excellent. After meeting with John (the owner) and receiving my estimate, It was evident that he had plenty of experience working in the industry. John was polite, punctual and knowledgeable in his craft. The crew working on my house arrived at the scheduled time, worked efficiently staying within the timeline parameters discussed, and maintained a clean workspace. We had Gem Exteriors install our new front door a few years back. They provided AWESOME, fast service; great workmanship; clean, expert, and courteous workers!Next, they came to repair our siding when damaged by wind. The quality and craftsmanship of Gem Exteriors is 1st class. We had them install new aluminum soffit and fascia to our home exterior and wow does it look amazing! I was referred to them by a member of their own family. Came out the 1st time, emailed me a very generic estimate, then blew me off for the 2nd visit (to meet with the insurance adjuster, which they said they would) and never heard from them again.
