Needed to replace two skylights that were leaking, called Peerless on a Saturday and Blake the owner answered the phone. He said that he would take a look early the following week, which he did. After a few conversations and a timely proposal, we moved forward with the install. Blakes crew was professional and courteous and the job was complete in about a half day. The skylights were Velux a high quality brand and were installed nicely into the existing opening with minimal damage. Peerless did a great job on the install and matching the shingle color and type. The price was reasonable, they did not take any money up front and did not allow me to pay until I looked over the job and was satisfied. I will definitely use Peerless for roofing and exterior repairs in the future.

Peerless Roofing did great work for me. Blake was confident that the hail damage on my roof was significant enough to warrant a claim through my insurance. I called them to ask for help getting my roof repaired after a hair storm. I had the most polite and cordial customer service. They collaborated with my insurance company to help me get the claim approved . In addition, they performed additional work for which I was not charged and which the insurance would not reimburse. Blake is the one who helped me. They are the best. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent Company! I interviewed & received inspections with quotes from 4 companies. Blake, with Peerless Roofing Inc., was the most thorough, providing photos, with explanations. Information regarding materials used, the process of the "tear-off", disposal, new roof process, clean up and time schedule was proposed. Everything was explained and all my questions were addressed. Some changes since the last roof installation, (14 years ago)were made to address preventative measures.Peerless Roofing Inc. crew was outstanding! They arrived at 6:15 am & quietly set up, mindful of quiet hours. At 7:00 am sharp, after draping sections of my home for protection, they started the "tear-off". This crew is an example of great teamwork!My neighbors commented on well they worked together, they were hard working, quick and efficient. The cleanup was amazing and they took turns rolling the magnetic roller around afterwards to make sure every nail & metal piece was picked up.Communication was excellent at all times in the process! I was shown (with photos) the need for extra plywood to replace some subpar sheets. "If you are going to do something, best to do it the right way from the start"!The crew didn't leave until 8:00 pm that night! After a very long day, the crew left without any indication that a total roof tear-off & replacement had been done; except that is for, my beautiful, solid, brand new, quality roof!Thank you Blake and the "Peerless Roofing Inc." crew!

A length of fascia fell off the 2nd story of my bilevel. I call Peerless roofing and Blake answered and said he would be out to nail it back up in a couple of days. He came out Thursday and did it, took all of about 15 minutes. I am very grateful. Back in 2018 due to storm and hail damage we had Peerless do our siding, gutters, roofing, and skylights and they did a great job. That's why I called them for this minor incident. Many thanks.

I am pleased to share my positive experience with Peerless Roofing. I utilized Peerless for a roof repair in the past and appreciated their responsiveness and comparative cost. When it came time to review my roof for storm damage, it was an easy choice to reach out to Blake Karlin and Peerless once again. Blake was responsive and experienced in the insurance claim process to ensure the adjuster would be thorough in the damage assessment. After approval, Blake worked with me to ensure the loss valuation will be sufficient to cover the roof replacement. Peerless took care of the building permit and made sure all the materials were delivered a day in advance so when the crew arrived, they could get right to work. The crew diligently protected the garage doors, landscaping and other items around the house and took great care during the tear-off. By no fault of their own, they were, unfortunately, set back nearly two hours while they waited for the building inspector to arrive and because of this, the crew had to work late to finish the job. Even though they were neat and it was a long day, the crew still spent over an hour cleaning up, checking for stray nails and picking up inadvertent debris. Peerless even came out the next day to check again for nails and debris. I was pleased with the work and happily recommended Peerless to my neighbors.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I have worked with Blake & Dusan at Peerless twice now and have been absolutely satisfied both times. Peerless replaced the roof on my main house and secondary building in 2021 and it turned out perfect. A few weeks later I had Solar panels installed and those jokers trashed the roof where they installed the panels and Peerless saved the day coming back out to make the necessary repairs in lightening speed! So when I was ready to replace my gutter guards last week of course I had Peerless back!! Dusan came out to the house and did a great job installing the gutter guards with another crew member. They were skilled, efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful when I pointed out a particular area of concern. Quick installation once we made our choice. The installation team was professional and friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up everything before they left. They were prompt, reasonable and did a great job. Other companies wanted to replace most of the cedar siding on our chimneys at an exorbitant rate but Peerless just replaced what was needed.
