Peter Svaras and his team put a new roof on our home. They did a terrific job from beginning to end. They were on time, cleaned up everyday, and they were very careful with our house and landscaping. They charged us a fair price, the proposal amount. Most importantly, we have an excellent and beautiful roof! If we ever need any repairs or a new roof, we will only call Peter Svaras. We are thinking of selling our home in the future, so we called a rigorous home inspector to search for any potential problems and anything that we should fix. The home inspector was extraordinarily impressed with the quality workmanship and material used on our roof. We are extremely happy with our roof and the entire process. I only have great things to say about Svaras Roofing. Pete came out gave me a fair quote. He had a team of about 8 doing my roof and each person knew exactly what to do. They were very professional and did a great job. They covered my air conditioner and deck and answered all my questions. When they were done they cleaned up and swept up all the nails. The roof looks great and even my husband was impressed with them and not much impresses him. Peter Svaras does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it and does it very, very well. (And cleans up before leaving.)He's torn off and replaced roofs on two of my homes. The 2nd one was a challenge but with a crew of 10 they completed in a single day.I'd use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him without reservation.
