Had a water leakage problem for years in my retail store's basement, which was coming from the crawl space. Had hired someone about 3 years ago that did not succeed in repairs. Contacted ABATE restoration, who works with Walnut Creek, and a proposal was made to us which we accepted. We were also on a strict timeline to get the job(s) finished by. Adrian and crew worked their tails off for 9 days to get the project finished. One window still had some seepage, and they were back out with in a couple of days to reseal the window.We also had the team encapsulate a large tiled floor and cover the encapsulated area with plywood.Deadline was met and work was done neatly.Am happy we chose this company.
