Topline was subcontracted by another company to remove & replace our porch roof and screens. On the first day, the crew arrived several hours late and brought the wrong materials. We decided to go with the roofing panels they brought in order to avoid further delays.On the second day, a crew of 3 men arrived 2 hours late and another crew of 3 arrived an hour later. I'm not sure why the second crew came, because they spent most of the morning killing time and tossing around a football. We assumed they were waiting for the first crew to complete their part of the job.The crew had already installing 2 roofing panels, when we noticed they were not using new foam wave spacers. They either used the old spacers or were attaching the panels directly to the roof braces. None of the crew spoke English, so they were unable to understand when my husband asked about it. We called Abraham to explain the error and asked him to interpret the mistake to his crew. He refused to make the call, became angry with my husband and insisted that the new wave spacers were not in the contract. (We checked our copy of the contract and found that the spacers were on the materials list.)Suddenly, without notice, the crew was packing up their tools and preparing to leave. When I asked what was going on, one crew member called Abraham and handed me the phone. I was told that since we couldn't be satisfied and due to miscommunication, he had called off his crew.I have included a picture of the porch as the Topline crew left it. Very shoddy workmanship. I've used the folks at Topline twice now, very happy with both jobs. They put a new roof on my old house that we were fixing up to give to our son and then put a new roof on our new house that had hail damage. Very prompt and professional, extremely happy with the work and at a fair price. Came in at the estimate both times. Love that they're local, kept my money in the community. My condo association used Topline to replace our siding. Time will tell how it holds up, but I don’t have high hopes based on the shoddy workmanship that even I, a non-expert, noticed.We recently had our gutters replaced beforehand, and topline had to remove them in order to work. What had been a high quality install was completely ruined. Crushed and bent gutters that were previously pristine. This issue was brought to their attention and they never rectified it.They also had to remove nails that secured my deck rails to the siding, but were never replaced, resulting in an insecure railing that had the potential to be completely broken since it was not properly secured. I had to repair this myself.The trim was shoddily done. It just looks awful. This was brought to their attention, and their repair looks even worse than it did before.They absolutely destroyed the lawn. There is a wide, clear cut path of dirt/mud devoid of any grass from where they trampled it over and over. This was especially upsetting to me as I had just spent the previous two months filling in the bare patches in my lawn. This was never addressed nor repaired by Topline.They failed to tuck the cables that ran along my roofline and down the side of my home as they had been before work began. I had cables free flowing along the side of my house for a good two weeks. This was fixed after it was brought to their attention.Without checking with me beforehand, they repeatedly parked their vehicles and trailers in my driveway, blocking me in on weekdays when travel was essential as I work full time and have children that attend school. There were alternate parking options available that they did not utilize, and I could have worked with them had they discussed it with me beforehand. These workers also spit gum out on and littered in my driveway.It has been months since work was completed, and I am STILL finding debris in my garden and lawn. The cleanup job from this work was absolutely abysmal.Lastly, and I am not an expert so I cannot necessarily attribute this to the work Topline did, but the exterior wall that receives the majority of the oncoming wind creaks. The actual siding creaks. I confirmed by standing next to it outside. It can be heard from inside my home. It is honestly really irritating, and I consider it the cherry on top of the entire ordeal. From my experience, they will take your money, do the bare minimum, and run. Buyer beware.

Aside from some scheduling confusion in the very beginning, everything went perfectly and beyond our expectations! After a little bump in the road, the GM came out himself after hours to give us a quote on the work we needed and rectified the situation immediately . He was so kind and his team did an outstanding job! Monica called and kept us in the loop frequently and they were very quick. When they were unable to find aluminum siding to match our home, they found an alternative material that was the closest to perfect match that they could get. As soon as the materials were in, they came and did the repairs and it looks absolutely incredible. Responsive, professional, kind, and talented. Abraham was hired by someone else to inspect a roof and for his own convenience clambered onto my roof without asking, even though I was home and available and he knew it. My first notice was the tramping of his boots over my head. When he got down he lathered me with excuses and baloney about how he could not distinguish the two buildings and other tripe, and I was wrong to be critical. I would not let this charlatan near my dog house. "0" stars. His response is the same: lies and excuses. I would not trust this man.
