Due to hail damage, we had to replace our roof, siding and gutters. We upgraded all as our siding was over 30 years old. Our “new” house looks fabulous and Mainstream made the process as painless as possible! They were very accommodating, careful and respectful. We would definitely highly recommend them!

Update: The owner reached out to us right away after seeing the negative review. He assured us that he would fix the problem and talk with his employees. Also assured the lifetime warranty on the gutters. The gutter has been replaced and it looks sturdy. Hopefully we don't get a winter storm like we had again. Photo of new gutter fix included.Past 2-Star Review: Unfortunately one of our gutters came down in the freeze and thaw we experienced this winter. A few others are tilted and look loose.I have had a difficult time getting help from them.

Quality roof replacement and skylight installation! After getting quotes from several local roofing companies in the Quad Cities recently and several years ago, we returned to Mainstream based on the impression Salesman Steve M. left on us in 2020 during a quote. We would like to thank Daniel, he did a great job the day of installation keeping us informed and being a point of contact. We would like to thank Salesman Steve R. who took the time to explain how the G.A.F. system worked and even went the extra mile to drop off color panels for us while we debated the roof color. Lastly, we would like to thank the company owner Spencer, he is very down to earth and definitely showed he cares about running a high quality company with integrity. And also who was Marcy very kind and helpful. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the roof and skylight installation. One point of feedback would be, following signing the contract, as a homeowner you always think of those follow-up questions you wish you would have asked. Having an in-person follow-up meeting as needed would definitely be helpful to answer those pop-up/last minute questions in advance of installation day. We would definitely recommend Mainstream!!

I had a new roof and skylight installed. The color looks great, the installation looks great. The tear-off and re-roofing was completed in one day, including a shed and gazebo. The next morning two people swept the yard for any nails and trash that got through the tarps. On all, a professional company that does great work.

Mainstream was amazing from start to finish! We could not be happier with our new garage siding and gutters - it looks like a whole new garage! Our sales rep was informative and answered all our questions, the installation team worked incredibly quickly and were beyond friendly, and everyone else we talked to and worked with along the way was just as helpful and kind. The first was about 18 years old, so the workmanship lasts longer than many others. They stand behind their work and are willing to go the extra steps to make things better. MHI recently replaced my roof gutters and downspouts. The roofing crew was fast, efficient and friendly and caused very little disruption. I did find a few nails and staples in the yard, and there was a time period between the roofing and the gutter installation.Overall, it was a good experience and would use their services again.

I know absolutely nothing about construction so I needed to believe in and trust the construction company I chose. Their communication was excellent. The price was very competitive. The construction crew were incredible polite and respectful of my home. The final results were fantastic! They took my 70 year old home and magically made it look new again. I love this company and can recommend them to anyone who needs anything done. This is my home, and this is where I plan on living for years to come. I replaced my all the builder grade windows in my 2 story house two months ago. I just received my 2nd electric bill and after record heat for 2 weeks, both bills were lower than they were last year. This windows are amazing! Keeps the heat out and the cool in. I can't wait to see what it does to my heating bill this winter. These windows are the best investment ever. And the employees are amazing. Steve the salesman, Steve the window installer and Marci who answers the phone at the office and is so patient with all my questions. I would recommend Mainstream to anyone I know without hesitation. They replaced every window in my house - 21 windows total. The entire team at Mainstream is amazing. Spencer came to do the quote, showed me samples and explained the options I had. Tim checked measurements before placing the order, and when the windows arrived they were able to get them installed much sooner than I had expected. The team cleaned up after themselves, and they were done within a couple of days. Tim and Spencer both checked back in after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Even calling to pay the balance once the job was complete was a pleasant experience (thanks, Marcy!). They are hands down the best in the Quad Cities, and as soon as I need a new roof, Spencer will be the only person I call for a quote.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. From start to finish, everything was fast and thorough. Mr. Sierra is amazing! He took the time to be patient and understanding with us regarding our situation and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He is a very personable individual who really seems to genuinely care about your time and satisfaction with their services. Everyone that we encountered was very professional. The initial consultation was done on Thursday evening, and by the following Wednesday, the crew was at the house to complete the installation. I have a large home with a very scary roof, these guys were there on Wednesday at 7 a.m. and were done with the entire roof by 5 p.m. The whole process was quick, easy, and very efficient. I began by purchasing replacement, energy efficient windows and a new insulated front door from Mainstream in 2010.The work on the door included removing an old transom and a cheap wood door along with getting everything square and tight in an old home. The work was professionally well done. The new door keeps out cold, heat, and drafts and is still looking great.The windows were professionally installed with the colors I wanted. They still operate smoothly, are easy to clean from the inside, and match the windows that were added at later dates.Any extra installation materials were always cleaned up by staff.I now have had 12 windows and 2 doors replaced.Services: General door installation, Double pane window installation & replacement

I have used Mainstream twice. once after the Durecho and again after a recent hailstorm. Both times I was moved up the list by months because other customers would cancel the day the crew was to put the roof on. they were clean, friendly and knew what they were doing. Spencer has kept me informed of how negotiating to get the siding because of state requirements and how insurance companies try to have me pay for more of my siding replacement than I should be. as young man I had put on and replaced my share of roofs.Services: Skylight repair, Skylight installation, Roof installation

What was huge to me is the time they spent making sure there were no nails etc left in my yard as I have grandkids that run around all the time.
