It took awhile with a few hiccups along the way but we are very pleased with the work done by QC ROOF Drs. We got a new roof, siding, gutters and front doors. All the workers were polite, professional and respectful of our property. They worked from sun up to sun down. Justin did an excellent job of communicating with me and listening to/ addressing my concerns. He was diligent about getting a poorly made new door replaced by that company. Drew and Adam worked all day in 30 degree weather to install that door and make it perfect. I would recommend QC ROOF Drs.

We had a roof problem from a previous contractor. Brandon and the Roof Drs crew arrived this morning and took care of us. The crew foreman was truly concerned about finding the problem source and doing their best to make sure we were satisfied. The crew was courteous and hard working. These folks have taken such good care of us over the years. I highly recommend working with them!After the 2020 hailstorm, they quickly helped us get a new roof, and did a great job. After an HVAC change I made, Andre came out to help troubleshoot some excessive moisture issues in the attic. He was so personable, informative and helpful. I am super sensitive to salesmen who try to over-sell me on anything, but he wasn't like that at all: instead he helped us figure out a sequence of solutions to correct our problem.I can't say how glad I am to find people who act like long-term partners in taking care of your home, instead of treating you like a cash cow.

My home was damaged from the 2023 hail and wind storm. Roof DRs Performed Inspection and estimate quickly. Worked cooperatively with my insurance company resulting in minimal action on my part. Materials arrived a day prior to work. Workers arrived early on scheduled date and immediately began preparation. Finished construction on replacing full roof shingles and front fascia in one day. All work completed to my liking. Clean up was detailed and did not find any debris or nails on property. Roof DRs maintained contact with me and kept me in the loop on completion progress. I recommend this company for all your exterior needs.

If you looking for a high end, professional roofing contractor look no further then Roof Drs. We experienced a weather event that left are roof in bad shape but not being a roof expert my wife and I didn't have clue. We knew something was wrong when we started to see water damage months later. I started to call various roofing contractors to get estimates on what to do. Everyone had the same song and dance routine until I called Justin from Roof Drs. He came out the next day! Within about 30 minutes he identified the damage and even took time to repair it temporarily. We hadn't even agreed to anything in terms of work yet, but he still did the repair for no cost. I had several other contractors up on that roof and not one took their time and paid attention to detail like Justin did. I 've never heard of a company going the extra mile to make a repair prior to engaging in business. It gets even better. Justin and staff were able to identify storm damage to the roof and made it so easy for us to work with our insurance company. He was able to have our whole roof covered through insurance. The attention to detail through out the whole process was honestly the best I've experienced. I mean you can call anybody and get a roof down, but the Roof Drs. went way above and beyond my expectations! If you want quality workmanship at a great price I would highly recommend you give them a chance to provide you an estimate. I promise you won't be let down! The best part is our roof has a 50 year warranty, I am pretty sure its one of the best warranty's in the roofing business. I highly recommend QC Roof Drs! I noticed a piece from the apex of our roof came off during a recent storm. I called QC Roof doctor on Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning the issues was fixed. Andre and Drew showed up on time and were so polite. They both took time to inspect the rest of the roof and walked around the house to make sure no more pieces were missing. Having found some hail damage, Andre went over in detail what he found. What I appreciated the most is that he wasn’t pushing me to replace my roof. We were hit with a hail storm the week we were actually moving out of our home. I called QC Roof Doctors and Collin and Mitch were extremely responsive and got to our property within the next day. We were on a short deadline of needing the roof done before our closing date and Mitch and Collin were ready to make it happen. We know we weren’t the only residents impacted so their timely efforts to get us on the schedule as soon as we could was very appreciated. Great communication and very knowledgeable. I had 8 roofing companies provide estimates to replace my roof due to storm damage. Only QC Roof Dr.'s were willing to work with my insurance to complete my claim and keep my out of pocket cost to a minimum. Joe from QC Roof Dr.'s handled all of the inspection and cost interfacing with my insurance. In the end I got a new quality roof while only paying half my deductible. I recommend QC Roof Dr.'s to everyone I know.

Justin Morris came out, inspected the roof late last Fall, and we decided to install a new roof the following Spring. The 6 person crew arrived early and began the tear off. Within 8-9 hours the new roof was installed as well as new venting. When they left, there was no evidence that they had even been there. All the trash was picked up, as well as using a rolling magnet to snag any rails. Justin returned and inspected the roof and shared pictures from a variety of angles with me. Had a leak 2 days after moving in December 2019 qc roof doctors put a tarp on the roof , and came back in late August repaired the roof and that following winter it started leaking in the same spot, they would not take my calls after that bad business would not recommend them!!!!
