Very unprofessional and difficult to work with. We hired this company to replace our roof after storm damage. The job was done haphazardly, and required additionally repairs that we had to chase the company down for. They sent an inspector that promised to complete the repairs, but they were never done.I requested an invoice multiple times and never received one, until a supervisor called and threatened legal action for non-payment.We will have to hire another company to fix the issues this company caused, including bubbles in the roof, warped trim, exposed flashing, and gutters that are not fully attached, because they are refusing to make it right.Looking at the other reviews, it looks very padded. Homeowner beware.Edit to the owners reply: my husband called and spoke to a Polly or Poppy in the office a week ago. She promised a call back from the CEO to address our issues. The whole process from start to finish was very easy and a lot quicker than I thought. Austin, our sales rep kept things very simple, explained everything, and made sure to answer any questions or concerns we had. They crew was very fast and efficient. They put tarps around the whole house to protect the bushes and deck and when everything was finished, they went around multiple times to check for scraps and nails. Armani Benchmark's crew install of Owens Corning Ridge Vent and Duration shingles has paid off. With perforated soffit covers feeding air freely to each set of open rafters, channeling continuous cooling air up under the shingles and out the Ridge Vent, resulting in less attic heat radiating down through the ceilings.
