Although I was told their service of gutter cleaning would be in approx. 2 weeks, the team of 3 men came in just a few days. They were very thorough, efficient, cleaned up, and gave me a review of a couple problems they found. I spoke with a rep the following day, Sunday, and he described the project and the cost. We arranged for the job to be done. Very good service. Thanks.

Came to job site, only to tell us the building was too tall. Easily that could have been asked about in advance as Google images show the height and scale of the building. Their process does not include proper site investigation or due diligence -- they instead prefer to make a quick sale and have client deal with the consequences of a cancelled job.When I shared this feedback, the local manager was dismissive, instead saying that they've been in business for many years and know what they're doing. Maybe so, but the client experience was not a good one.Additionally, will not provide any scheduling notice until morning of, which is not great for HOAs that need to manage communication with homeowners.

I have been a Ned Stevens customer for a few years now. Their crews are prompt, efficient and professional. They are very good about cleaning up after themselves. I am basing my review on what I can see. Since I cannot get on the roof, I only wish they could take before and after photo's of the debris in the gutters so I can see what has been done.

First time using Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. Placed order in early December and the cleaning was completed mid-month even with many of the days below the minimum cleaning temperature (38 degrees F). Team cleaned the gutters quickly and there was no residual cleanup on my part. Very satisfied with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning and I will use them again. Highly recommend.

Sometimes ok, but often very frustrating to deal with. They'll come out and not perform a service (but not tell you why), and they'll charge you anyway, leaving it up to you to call in and deal with their often rather clueless phone operators. It's often unclear what you've paid for and what they still owe you. Also these idiots now think I have a "plastic" roof (it's ceramic) and now they wont clean my gutters, despite having done so many times prior. Save the frustration and use someone else if you can.

It was not done properly and resulted in a 3 foot long water puddle in the front yard with water overflowing from the gutter, which was just a short gutter with a full cap on it. They just didn't bother to clean it because this part has a cover. And why are there leaves in winter? When called they kept denying it was not their problem and didn't want to come out to inspect or fix it. Very irresponsible.

We got a text and then they arrived a few minutes later When the gentlemen arrived, they introduced themselves and were very polite through the entire visit. They clean the gutters on Thanksgiving day. We were so surprised to see them and they apologize for being there on holiday day but they were working with good weather. They were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with their service

They did a good job as far as I can tell without seeing the top of the house. There was lack of communication other than an auto text the first two times they attempted to the correct work. I had to call them and negotiate to have them stand by original quote. Then more than double that showed on my credit card so I had to call again. This phone call ended in resolution of honoring original quote. The cleaning itself was thorough with no mess left behind. Was the hassle worth the good price? I might try them again.

I live in Crystal Lake, IL. The gentlemen who cleaned our gutters, Victor Castro and Francisco, did an excellent job. Arrived on the date and time I was told, excellent communications, and I was impressed with the work. In setting up the initial appointment, the Customer Service Account Reps Justyna Jezierski and Rhea Ray provided excellent service, scheduled an appointment for the following day and answered all of my questions. customer service support is not great. the Service rep. hung up the phone on the customer while still still talking. The cleaning service itself was adequate, however, the techs. put the debris in the trash can instead of the container marked yard waste. the Techs were auppose to fix however, cancelled everytime they were suppose to go out and fix the issue.

They usually always do a good job. I've had them for 2 years cleaning my gutters. But this time was a very bad experience. They left my backyard and deck full of leaves and also left a huge heavy bag of debris on my sidewalk. I had to clean off my deck myself. I did speak to them immediately and they said they were going to come out today, December 6th, to rectify the situation. I will update then.^UPDATE...12/6I'm sorry to report that all they did was come and pick up the heavy bag. I still had to clean my deck and the piles of gutter leaves in my yard by myself. I do not own a leaf blower and half the leaves were in my river rocks that I could not get out. They never came in the backyard to check or finish cleaning it. I wish I could post pictures because I do have them. Very disappointed in their service this time around.
