I really love my house now! Ken and his team did a wonderful job, starting with Carlos answering my questions and Jim the Project Manager working with me to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. Jim went above and beyond. The installers were nice and courteous. They cleaned up the property after they were completed. Apex Exteriors have now completed my roof, gutters and now my siding on my house and garage. The cost was extremely reasonable also!! Thank you, Ken and your team!

We have used Apex twice - new roof and now new gutters. They may not have the lowest bid, but their work is worth it. For example, when we had our roof replaced, we had extra shingles left, they gave our shed a new roof at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Apex repaired around our sliding door when we removed an old deck. You can't tell the original siding from the new. The crew also painted, cut and installed a kick board under the door that had rotted out. Excellent craftsmanship!Service: Exterior painting

Our house is over 100 years old and we needed extensive repairs including replacement siding windows and doors. Fortunately, we found Apex. From the initial consultation by Carlos, through the execution of the project led by our project manager Jim, we were totally impressed. They did the repairs and replacements timely, quickly, and with quality.Each team member was competent, polite, and downright friendly. They were so respectful and communicated well with my wife who rab point.As you can imagine, we ran into a few surprises as they began the demolition portion of the project. Apex did an outstanding job start to finish. David Downs worked with me for many months to get the insurance copany to pay for everything the job needed and to get current material prices. The crew came out and did a great job. They swep the driveway, leaf blew the yard and picked up all the old nails. When they left you couldn't tell they where ever here except for my nice new roof. The big deal ? They did all that for a senior citizen with a small 2 car garage, that most companies wouldn't even come to look at. In August of 2021 the siding of our house was damaged from high winds. We went through numerous companies and they either never called us back, or it wasn’t big enough a job that was worth the resources. A year went by and the damage from more high winds escalated. I eventually contacted 3 more companies to explain our situation and Apex called me back within the hour, setup a visit and had the job done within 2 weeks at a reasonable cost. Their customer service team was responsive and followed through, as did Gary who came out and did the estimate. Outstanding experience from start to finish on a small aluminum siding repair job that other contractors did not even respond to. John Egelston showed up on time to give us a proposal and had some excellent ideas on how to complete our repair job, he responded with a proposal within a couple of days as promised. Erin and Rebecca in the office were very helpful in processing the deposit and scheduling the job. They were even able to move our project up a week because of a cancellation. David and Ismael showed up on time and well prepared to complete the job. They also had some good ideas on how to improve a couple of things. Very professional! When they left our home and completed the job they cleaned up and you wouldn’t have known they were there. I will certainly recommend Apex Exteriors. Thanks!

A couple years ago David Downs helped us replace our siding and gutters through insurance due to a hail storm. He made the process so easy and painless. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. Most recently my mother was in need of a new roof. She was receiving outrageous quotes from other companies. I remembered what David had done for us and gave him a call. David inspected the roof and let her know she qualified to have it replaced under her insurance. David was able to get her a total roof replacement, gutters and fascia. David handled the entire claim. Once again everything was excellent and completed in a timely manner. We cannot thank David Downs enough for all his hard work with the insurance and Apex for doing an amazing job. David and Sam Downs have been fantastic to work with. I had a couple of huge wind and hail storms hit my house last fall and and several areas of damage. I called for an estimate and was lucky enough to be referred to Apex, called them, and David came out to my home. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I was really disappointed to hear that my roof needed to be replaced, that it was beyond repair. As a single mom on a very restricted budget this was a very big deal for me. David could not have been nicer. He came out to my house again and met with my insurance adjuster and then contacted me immediately after for a follow up.
