From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality stood out. Here’s why I highly recommend them:#1-The team at Integrity kept me informed throughout the entire process. They explained the scope of work, materials used, and the timeline in a clear and concise manner.Any questions I had were promptly answered, which made me feel confident in their abilities.#2- Antonio and his crew arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the project. They were respectful of my property and ensured a clean work area.The installation was flawless, and they paid attention to every detail. The finished roof looks stunning! I allowed them to remove a section of picket fence for easier access; they removed and installed the fence back just exactly as it was before.#3- Integrity uses top-quality materials. They explained the benefits of each option, and I appreciated their commitment to durability and longevity. The GAF shingles have a 50 yr. warranty.The asphalt shingles they installed are not only aesthetically pleasing but are very durable and will give added value to my home.#4- They followed all safety protocols, including proper equipment usage and securing the work area.I felt at ease knowing that my property was in great hands.#5- After completing the installation, they meticulously cleaned up debris and ensured no nails or materials were left behind.A thorough final inspection was conducted to verify the quality of work.#6- Integrity provided a detailed estimate upfront, and there were no surprises. We contacted Mark Mohler specifically as the result of his work as Project Consultant on a larger commercial project completed by Integrity. Mark has provided superb customer service throughout our re-roofing project, even handling the unique aspects of a log home. The on-site support provided by Zach Chase, Customer Experience Manager, was also excellent. It is obvious Mark and Zach work well as a team representing Integrity. The roofing crew, led by Antonio, was skilled and efficient. They coordinated aspects from set-up to tear-down and clean up very well. We definitely recommend Integrity Roofing.

Mark was an AMAZING project manager. He worked with me flawlessly to make sure my roof was replaced effortlessly and at a very reasonable cost. Ismael did a wonderful job leading the crew that day. I didn’t even notice they had been there. Everything was cleaned up and left in the manner in which they found it. Given my roof install has a 25 year warranty and the shingles are good for 50, I doubt I have to see them again, but I would 100% use them again if I had to.

Our salesman, Mark Mohler, provided detailed inspection results and estimate options. Mark kept us well informed during the entire process. These guys did an amazing job installing my new roof. Terry Sharp made the entire experience very easy and explained everything thoroughly. He tarped my old roof to keep it from leaking until the new roof could be installed. The install crew showed up exactly when they said they would, was very professional and got right to work. The jobsite supervisor Zac Chase was very helpful throughout the entire install, he answered all of my questions. When the install was complete the crew cleaned everything up, you could not even tell they had been there. I am extremely happy with the work Integrity Roofing did to my home, and i would highly recommend them to everyone, give Terry Sharp a call , 5 stars all the way!

I can’t say enough about how well this company handled my roof replacement. Informative, efficient and effective. Financing was a breeze, and was a breath of fresh air when we needed relief. My husband and I couldn’t be any happier with our roof! Keegan came to our house and presented us with our options and helped us in any way he could! He also went above and beyond working with our insurance company. Zach did a wonderful job on the day they came to replace our roof. He took the time to answer any questions we had, or made sure to ask us how to proceed when they found more that needed to be replaced that we hadn’t plans for. Lastly, Sergio and his crew did a wonderful job installing the roof and did a great job with the clean-up. I would 100% recommend this company and specifically the people that I mentioned!

We had a window crack when there was the 60 degree drop in temperature. Called Integrity…they installed the window in 2020…Caleb got right on it and had Dustin pick up the window sash…took it to Marion glass. It was measured and when finished Dustin and Josh got it put in with no problems. Top notch company and employees.

Had a very pleasant experience working with Integrity. Keagan was very knowledgeable and encouraged me to ask questions. I had a few options to choose from on the type of roof I could get and he was very realistic and honest about what would best serve my needs. The job was done in half a day even though is was quite cold out. That would be thanks to Zach and Sergio were very professional and made it a priority that they didn't leave any nails or trash, they did numerous sweeps of the area with a magnet and leaf blower. The roof looks great and the gutters getting cleaned was also a great bonus.

When I added on to my house, my carpenter did not tie into my roof correctly and it leaked. He wouldn’t stand by his work so I called Integrity. Darrick Borum is the Project Consultant for Integrity and he helped me throughout the whole entire process from start to finish. We had some major hail damage to our roof and our detached garage. Darrick's attention to detail and level of professionalism is rarely seen in todays society. His experience is evident by what he was able to discover and how he knew the job needed to be done. Darrick was sure to bridge the gap between the Integrity and our insurance company, which we all know can be frustrating. Darrick was diligent in ensuring we were well taken care of. The scheduling of everything was excellent. The communication was flawless, we were never in a postion where we felt that no "T" was crossed and no "i"was dotted. Integrity arrived as i was leaving for work, and when i arrived back home at 3:35 that afternoon, Integrity was finishing my roof. Pleased is an understatement.
