What a fabulous family architecture and construction firm! We were attracted to them initially because we had heard so much about the awards that they have won and the positive words from friends and neighbors. We have had a few friends work with them with fabulous results. When we were ready for our project, we knew A. Perry would be our first choice. They did not disappoint. They are friendly, fun and very knowledgeable. The price came in within our expectations and the design was more than we could dream. The construction process was well organized and the communication was good. You could tell that they care , the team really makes an effort to make sure you have a great experience. They even gave us a cool groundbreaking ceremony!I can't speak high enough of this company. They are well known in the community for their charitable efforts and the volunteer work that they do. If you are considering a project, you should consider them.Ps. what a beautiful studio!

As a seasoned videographer, I've had the privilege of collaborating with various companies, and my recent experience with Anthony and the A.Perry Homes Team is one of a kind. From start to finish, working with them was a seamless experience.What is cool about creating video and photo marketing for a company is really get to learn the ins and outs of the business. I went here for the release of the annual NS (North Shore) magazine restaurant issue.There was outstanding, delicious food from Norton's Steakhouse, NaKorn an urban Thai kitchen, as well as others. This included watermelon with cured salmon and mango and coconut Sweet Sticky Rice along with steak shish kabobs.However, the stand out of the evening for me, was the A. Perry Homes studio and showrooms in this location. This location is a resource for the community, hosting events for nonprofits, Community organizations and educational groups.The main hall was designed to house meetings for local organizations. One of the bathrooms (The El Chapo unisex bathroom) demonstrates user-friendly Smart Home Technology by transforming into a disco club. They have a rooftop organic garden which also helps reduce energy costs. It's an awesome facility and you can give them a call to take a tour.They are a firm of Architects, custom home builders, and remodelers. They have been designing and building custom homes for over 30 years. Their lifetime warranty program for their homes is unmatched in the industry. And they can manage the entire process for you from start to finish.

We are so lucky to have a business as community-minded as A. Perry Homes in downtown Wilmette! The generously opened their beautiful second floor showroom to our preschool for our annual fall community building event. Despite the below 40 degree temps, we used both the indoor and outdoor space, heated with amazing heaters and a gorgeous gas fire pit. All our guests loved the space, which highlights the quality of A. Perry Homes design and craftsmanship. Additionally, for those of us planning the event, Anthony was so helpful, kind and accommodating. We are very grateful to them for their commitment to local community organizations like ours. Anthony and his team are pleasant to interact with, informative (especially where it matters most), and professional throughout the entire purchase/build process. The A. Perry Homes Design Studio is a magnificent space and it was a wonderful place to host our Women, Wealth, Worry and The Art of Doing Good event. The design studio is beautiful and our guests loved being in this extraordinary space. The outdoor space with heaters and a gas fire pit was fantastic on a chilly fall evening. What wonderful people to work with! I want to sincerely thank A. Perry for generously giving of their beautiful space this past weekend for our local elementary school's annual fundraiser. We had over 200 people attend and it was a huge success. Everyone commented on how gorgeous, clever and interesting the space was and they were grateful that, because of the donation, more of the ticket price they paid went right back to the school instead of on a rental fee. Hillary and Tony were wonderful to work with and selflessly gave of their time on multiple occasions to meet with us and give us ideas and, day of, really went into work mode to ensure everything went smoothly.What an asset A. These guys are a class act!! We are so fortunate to have them in our community. Their showroom has added wonderful curb appeal to the neighborhood with the amazing outdoor patio they created that can be seen from the street. Inside their showroom displays their impeccable taste and creative designs - they have a powder room with a disco ball!We hosted our annual preschool parent party in their space and it was as if we hosted it at someones home. I have had the luxury of working with Tony and his team many time over the years. On the architectural side they are very, very talented. Kent, John, and Nate all bring unique assets to the design process. Working with them has been a perfect blend of listening, guidance, and an openness to all ideas. APH has a wonderful event space on Washington Street in Wilmette that we used for a school fundraising gathering of 50 people. We appreciate that APH allows non profit groups to utilize this space in a way that benefits the community!
