This is the second house that I have had D&R replace the roof on. The whole replacement was done in a day by an upbeat professional crew. They moved or covered all of the items around the perimeter of the house and within 10 hours, the whole place was put back the way they found it with a nice new roof. They even accommodated adding 2 new vents not in the original estimate for a reasonable charge. We used them 10 years ago while living in Mt. Zion and recommend them to everyone. We moved to Chatham and got hit with hail May 15 and a tornado June 29 this summer. Everyone here needs a roof, lists are long and we watched so many random out of state workers showing up. In July as our second insurance adjustor said it needed done sooner than later, we called D&R and asked if they would come out. They understood our situation with wanting to go with someone we know and trust and were happy to help. Once we figured out our chimney issue we were on the books for early August just 2 weeks out instead of waiting months. They also quickly helped my coworker that had been pushed off by 3 compainies with a hole in her bedroom! Currently now they are on my neighboors roof and 3 doors down.
