We had a tree come down through the roof after a big rain. When I told our insurance adjuster we were working with Pritchett he said we had chosen well. They came at the same time and came to a good settlement quickly. Excellent work, nice people to work with. Had the roof done in one day and gutters the next!Full disclosure I had bakery goods for breakfast when they arrived and fed them lunch so may have gotten exta good service. Also a well fed crew is a happy crew.

After hail damage, they came out super fast to assess the damage and started job, as soon as. Fast, efficient and easy to communicate. My house now looks nothing like before :) Thank you so much! A five star rating for a five star experience!! I am so glad I made my first call to Pritchett Bros for inquiry on a roof replacement. Natalie Timbrook, the inspector dispatched, quickly scaled the ladder and most gracefully located and documented hail damage. She provided our insurance company with everything necessary for a claim, and got us on the schedule within days for a total roof replacement. Travis Trisler, the project manager, along with his excellent and hard working construction crew took the job to completion in one day! Having built two new homes and remodeling a third, my husband and I are agreed that we have NEVER worked with such a professional group of contractors! We could not be more pleased with our new roof and the whole experience. What a joy Pritchett Bros has been to work. They made a total roof replacement so easy for us. It is with a heartfelt, five star review that we submit our recommendation of Pritchett Bros for all your roofing needs.

Dustin and Mike went above and beyond dealing with the leak around a vent in my attic. They were professional and great to work with. Travis had them here to do the work the day after I signed off on the work. Prompt, professional, and pleasant to deal with! I highly recommend!

Recently had roofing replaced. Micah and the entire crew did a fantastic job! All were well experienced and worked amazingly together systematically from removing the old to replacing with new, paying particular attention to a job well done, the clean-up and all details in between. The second part of refurbishing our house was the new metal soffit/facia and again I was glad to see a familiar face with Micah continuing and Riley providing professional expertise in all the details. It's been great to have trustworthy and independent workers on our job.

Pritchett Brothers removed old vinyl siding and installed Hardy Plank. From start to finish took 3 1/2 days. Crew worked hard and did a very good job. Travis was an excellent project manager who went out of his way to make certain we were happy with the way the job turned out.

It looks pretty but there were a few issues with fit and finish. We could excuse that but the process to get to the shower remodel finish was problem after problem. Poor planning, lack of communication, unfriendly project manager, and an insulting discount to "make it right." The rest of the staff was nice but overall the shower is beautiful but what a headache to get to this point. Don't let all the good reviews fool you! We talked to several people while our shower remodel was going on and they all cringed when they heard we were using Pritchett. We wish we were forewarned and went with someone else. We were a smaller project and as such, understandably not at the top of their priority list for scheduling, but the quality of paint and drywall work that was provided was excellent, on-site worker was punctual, gracious, and easy to work with. The guys come out and gave me a quote which was very fair, they were professional and very kind and understanding. They repaired the roof and it looks wonderful I am just so happy. A strong wind went through my neighborhood that cause a tree to fell on the side of house. Branches of the tree hit the roof, sidings and gutters. Insurance agent estimated the damage and told me they will only cover half of the roof. Prichetts Brothers expertise with regulations and insurance claims got my insurance to cover the cost for my whole roof. They installed best quality shingles on my house. I saw their crew work on my house as if they are working on their own property. They got it done less than a day . All I needed is to cover my deductible and they took care of the rest. They contacted siding and gutters company on my behalf.I highly recommend Pritchett Brothers experience, expertise, professionalism and high quality of work to everyone.
