I heard about The Window Source through self research on local Facebook groups.We live in an old house, and the windows were so drafty, so we felt like it was time to replace them to save on energy costs. We called Kyle who came out and gave us an estimate. Kyle was very prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, honest and kind. We felt zero pressure to make any immediate decisions, which was extraordinary! Their estimate was, hands down, the best we were offered. We had several local companies come out in the past and give us ridiculously high quotes, which was discouraging. So we ultimately decided to go with The Window Source! The windows were then ordered and arrived precisely when they said they would arrive!Installation:Mark and his son Mark came out to install just within days of windows arriving! Both Marks were incredibly fast but very precise with their installation. They were respectful and knowledgable. We had 10 windows installed on our first floor. No drafts anymore! Our furnace isn’t kicking on nearly as often as before. I would (and already have recommended) The Window Source to family, friends and coworkers!! You just don’t see businesses ran like The Window Source anymore. 1000/10 will use again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Window Source of Michiana replaced our original, 1940s basement windows, and they did an excellent job! The installation process was very fast. Our installer completed six windows in just a few hours. They also did an excellent job at making the windows sit square and look right, even though our old block foundation is not the best surface. The flashing looks great, and they used ample foam under the flashing to ensure good insulation.I highly recommend them!Service: Window installation

From start to finish, our experience with The Window Source was great. Kyle, the owner, answered all of our questions thoughtfully and with multiple options. The install team (Mark and Mark) were terrific. They were punctual, professional, and respectful of our home. I ask a lot of questions—they had informed and useful answers.We’ve only had the windows for a week, so I can’t offer a long term opinion. Their rep came out, gave a short and to the point presentation, and I knew right away that this was a company I could trust and wanted to work with. After deciding on what windows we wanted, an installation date was set. The installer was on time, neat and professional. My wife and I had Window Source of Michiana install 27 windows, and also replace our old aluminum siding with vinyl. Kyle and Zeke were not only easy and pleasurable to work with, but they had several great ideas that we most likely would never have thought of. For example, using shake for the front and back peaks of the house, as well as, over our front porch. We love the way it looks! Also, we had a little miscommunication concerning the corners of our siding... they thought we wanted white, to contrast with our main color, Laguna Blue. But my wife wanted those corners to be blue. So, we had a bit of a dilemma. But, what did Kyle do? He called around to see where he could get what we wanted, and then drove to Illinois, to pick it up! Is that superior customer service, or what? One other thing I need to mention...the crew that Kyle & Zeke had do our work was absolutely excellent! They were fast, yet very thorough, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were also very personable, and it was fun to watch and listen to their playful conversations. They really seemed to enjoy their work. In fact, they were so good, each one of them received a nice tip, to let them know how much they were appreciated. I’m probably going on a little too long with this evaluation or testimonial, so I’ll finish by saying that Kyle & Zeke were right when they said our 111 year old house would look awesome. Not only does it look new, but to have windows that look great and function beautifully is such a joy! No more sticks to prop our windows up for fresh air, and no more spending hours putting in screens & storm windows! 🤪😎 Bottom line, we highly recommend The Window Source of Michiana. they came out to replace 18 windows which were not cheap by no means, when the original sales person came out and quoted me , that visit was good, now when the installer came out with windows, he was very sloppy, two windows were already broke, one screen was ripped,then he broke two panes when installing, did not bring tarps to put on my new carpet upstairs, did not clean up after himself inside or out. I had to supply a ladder. He broke yard Christmas lights and did not say anything, I showed up after work just in time to caught him covering up bad window frames that were measured a lot too short and was hoping I did not notice, cut a hole in my 150 yr old soffit and did not repair,my house was built in 1846, he didn't care about my stain original trim on the inside and beat it up with a hammer while nail gun sat in the truck. Asked them to come back and repair wood soffit that he cut, and their fix was to send back same sloppy installer to put a piece of white aluminum over the antique wood. this company had no respect for my old house,they also pressured me into paying them in full before I could finally inspected the complete job because we were waiting on windows they measured too short,when the aluminum wrap around the windows was short he caulked it up instead of redoing it right, will make sure everyone I know will not use them, shame on them.
