We had been working with a different contractor and our insurance trying to determine the extent of hail damage on our roof. Both used drones and it was headed towards insurance covering gutters but not the shingles, which did not sit right with me - they both experienced the same storm. Hudson showed up and did a more thorough inspection by climbing around on our roof, which provided our insurance better information/photos and there was no question after that whether we had damage.
