We have been so impressed with DC Roofing and are thankful we hired them for our job. They are a reputable company and we would highly recommend them!Not only do they do beautiful work with timely efficiency and expert craftsmanship, but they also personally care for their customers and fight for the rights of homeowners.In our particular case, DC Roofing did a complete replacement of our roof and roof decking.We were actually out of town when the work happened; as you can imagine, we were a little concerned about this. However, the amount of integrity shown by Donny and his crew was unmatched. He updated us consistently throughout each day with tons of pictures & written updates.When the crew ran into a potential insurance conflict, Donny stopped the work immediately, video-called with our insurance, and then contacted the local county code enforcer. The code officer confirmed that the specific issue was not up to code. Since we pay for “Ordinance & Law” in our insurance policy, DC Roofing continued with the work & brought our roof up to code.However, after the job was completed, our insurance company refused to uphold the Ordinance & Law part of our policy and refused to pay for the code work done. This resulted in thousands and thousands of dollars unexpectedly added to our bill. We were devastated.Instead of saying, ‘Sorry, we tried our best, but there’s nothing else we can do; here’s your bill,’ DC Roofing actually came to our defense and fought against the insurance company with us! Large amounts of time and energy were spent fighting for us and standing up for what is right. We had never before seen a company fight for its customers like DC Roofing has.DC Roofing is not only exceptional at their craft, but they truly care about their customers & are not afraid to fight large insurance companies for what is right.We are extremely grateful for Donny and all the team members at DC Roofing. We recommend them for any job!

Well I was looking for someone and found DC ROOFING ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW I have never heard of a company that took pictures of the roof and text then to you so you can see what going on they fixed my roof and supports at a very fair price and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves all in there good folks and you can trust them to do your roof and and know your getting a 5 star work for a good price LOVE this Company

We needed a piece of fascia replaced so we called and was immediately contacted about coming out to view the job. We had the job looked at on Monday, a quote by the end of the day and the work done on Wednesday. They were very professional and courteous with a great response time. Now during prime roofing season they may not be able to be as quick as in the middle of February, but from the experience we had they would be worth the wait. We had previously called other places about this job and we either didn't get a call back or we had set up a time to get a quote and no one showed. So DC Roofing's response was great!

I have personally worked with this company and they are great people to deal with the owners expectations are always very high and he holds his people to the highest standards possible. They do great to work with the needs of the people they are working for to make sure that the outcome of their project is exactly what they wanted. Office staff were very professional and straight forward. We had someone out to quote a leak we've been trying to identify for some time. Donny was very professional and timely. Thorough explanation of the issue, including showing me the leak path, and what options we could take to address it. I have to mention since he was in my attic, he even helped me get down the Christmas tree and decorations!Repair was timely and exactly what was quoted.Overall high marks from beginning to end. As positive as you could hope for something like addressing an exterior leak. I would have no issues recommending them.

DC roofing was recommended by a knowledgeable friend in the roofing product business. I’ll leave it at that. DC came out and inspected my roof after wind blew many of my shingles off. They temporarily placed tarps over spots of the roof that were missing shingles. DC worked with my insurance adjuster which led to the decision to replace the whole roof. DC then came out again to give me a ton of options on shingles materials and colors as well as certain upgrades that were available. Professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Never tried to sell me on anything like certain salespersons being overly aggressive on pushing a product or up charge. Told me what the product was and what it did. Gave me the pros about whatever product and let me decide. I believe the day of installation came and they were under staffed so the guys spent the entire day working until it was finished. I have to admire the work dedication. At the end of the day, although I’m sure hot, sweaty, and exhausted they still made numerous passes around my house to make sure any unaccounted nails were off the ground so my kids and fur babies wouldn’t get hurt. I don’t have a lot of roofing experience to compare companies but when nothing goes wrong and I have no complaints hard not to recommend. So if I ever need another roof or fix I will call DC roofing first.I’ll also mention this because it meant something to me…when I called the office the (wife) mom, probably the brains of the business haha, had at least one of their daughters answering the phone. The daughter was nice, professional, and mom was there to immediately assist with any questions I may have had. Teaching their children how to do the job and probably teaching them ethics and hard work at the same time. It didn’t feel like going to a restaurant and a new cashier taking forever to get your order because they don’t know the buttons. The daughter seemed to know what to do and any questions were answered by mom if needed. More than just a business doing a job. I had a roofing emergency on a rainy day. D&C answered my call, and was on site within 10 minutes! They were able to quickly protect the roof through the next storm, and provided excellent advice in working with my insurance company on the damages. They are friendly, detailed-oriented, organized, and very professional. I suggest you make them your first call if you are in the market for roofing or siding!
