This summer we had Brad replace our roof and gutters for us after some storm damage. His crew was fast, courteous, budget friendly, and did an excellent job on our house. Brad is very professional and a pleasure to work with. When he asked about gutters, I just said replace them. He recommended we go with black gutters and downspouts for the look. I was hesitant at first, but we love the way the house looks with the black.I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. When I was looking for someone to replace my roof I posted on facebook and several people recommended Brooks Roofing. I knew Bradley and his family casually years ago because we hung out at the same rodeo arena. The Brooks had a reputation for a very good work ethic so I did not hesitate to call. Brad was very responsive. It took me longer to pick out the color than it did for Brad to get everything arranged and his crew onsite. His crew was very professional and did great in both the installation and cleanup after. To top it off I was talking to my insurance rep about another topic and mentioned I have a new roof. Brad was fantastic and very responsive when we needed to replace our roof after high winds did their best. The entire team that was there took of existing shingles and old roof vents while installing new ridge vent and all new shingles over the main house, sunroom, and garage. Brad's team was very polite and cleaned up their mess so much that the only debris found has been some roofing paper. Not 1 nail has been found!! Way to go guys! Truly appreciate the great work! From start to finish the entire team was very professional. They replaced soffit, gutter and freeze board and installed all new 6 inch seamless gutters. 2 1/2 days to complete and other than the new material on the house you wouldn’t even know they were here, cleaned up daily and answered any of my questions that I had. We could not be more happy with our experience. We had a leak in our living room and called Brad for an estimate on a temporary fix, by the time we were done we had an entirely new roof. He helped us understand how our homeowners insurance worked and he worked directly with the adjuster to make sure we got everything fixed. His crew was super nice, professional, had the job done in one day, and they cleaned everything up very well! He even took care of the drywall repair on the inside of the house. Again, that crew was super nice, quick, 9and the work looks great. We plan to replace the siding on the house sometime in the future and will definitely call him for that too!

Called to schedule an estimate to replace my roof. Mr. Brooks came the next morning and did an inspection. Mr. Brooks and his crew returned to replace my roof the following week. They completely replaced my roof in one day. This job was a complete removal of old roof down to the plywood. The crew did an outstanding job start to finish making sure every nail was picked up. Completely satisfied with their work I called back and had them install new gutters the following week.

I cannot say enough about the experience we had with Brad and Brooks Roofing! We got several estimates before deciding to go with Brad, and he was hands down the best choice out there! Competitive prices, name brand materials and lots of colors and styles to choose from, but the most impressive thing about Brad was his customer service! He was there to quickly answer any questions and went above and beyond to help us work out our insurance claim and battled right along side us to get everything in order and approved. It was, at times, a tedious and frustrating process but he consistently encouraged and supported us and even came out and took some extra photos for the adjuster. This guy is in it to get the best outcome for his customers. He hung in there and was so good about being available and doing whatever it took to get it done for us! He wasn’t in a hurry and didn’t get impatient and pushed through!The end product is gorgeous and we were highly impressed with the team! They came and worked diligently all day and then cleaned up and left the place spotless like they’d never been here! They brought a small dumpster that was delivered and picked up, and took up very little space on our drive! They had to replace two skylights and they are a huge improvement from what we had before! Inside and out! We’ve had several compliments from neighbors already, on the entire job!In the very near future we intend to redo the siding and gutters on our house and Brad is already working up an estimate for us! He will help us with color choice and style like he did before! This guy is a rare find in this business! Called for roof and siding estimate wouldn't give one because he wanted my insurance estimate so he could have kept all my money even if his bid was lower i think that is greedy and unprofessionalYou are so wrong I have no depreciation I have actual cost I have been contractor a long time if I do some of the work myself I get paid the money. You must think everyone is stupid. I was told by insurance to get estimates and turn in. I think you want people to think I am doing something wrong.
