He answered any and all questions in a way that made sense to the consumer. On several occasions I had additional inquires and Paul was more than happy to reply, even on the weekends in a timely manner. There was even an incident where AT&T had a global outage and Paul was quick to reach out ensure his customers were aware of their next appointments.The difference between 3Kings and any other roofing contractor is a day and night difference.The price, workmanship, and warranty could not be beat by the surrounding competitors. 3Kings is someone that will be going with in the future for other home projects.

My wife and I are in the process of replacing the roof on a home that is new to us that we just purchased in Carmel. If the roofing process goes anything like the bidding and contract signing we are in for a fantastic experience. This place, 3 Kings Roofing and Construction, the owner, Paul, very professional , very patient, Very knowledgeable,. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and his price is very reasonable. We had a great experience working with Paul and 3 Kings Roofing. We had been contemplating our roof for some time and after the recent wind storms in February 2023, it was definitely time.We reached out and Paul was quick and thorough with the inspection. He was also very willing to work with us and our insurance company. We thankfully have very flexible work schedules and after getting the go ahead to schedule, we received a text from Paul on a Monday to schedule for that Thursday. The team was thorough in tarping/covering around the house and moving furniture. The team started bright and early, just after 6AM and was done by 6PM. I would highly recommend 3 Kings roofing and construction. Paul was great to work with for our roof, gutter and some interior drywall repairs from a leaking roof. Paul was quick to respond and very patient with answering all of our questions. I really appreciated Paul’s attention to detail from the initial inspection through the final inspection. I had the pleasure of working with this company to completely replace the roof at my office. They were very professional and prompt even though the weather tried to work against us! However, all work was completed within the agreed upon timeframe and the owner even reached out to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. The pricing was extremely reasonable too! Luckily Paul Crouse and 3 Kings are better at their business and technology skills than I am at my technology skills!I tried to post a review on the outstanding service I got from Paul, which I was not able to find.Paul did an excellent job, on our roof installation, and explained the process in a timely fashion with e-mails and texts.I had total confidence with Paul and his integrity and business acumen from a previous encounter.I had a contractor come out to give us an estimate on a ridge vent that was allowing water to get in after the snow melted.the price quoted was quite high so I contacted Paul's company for a second estimate. he looked at vent and simply said he just needed to secure vent with a few nails. Paul Crouse, owner of 3 Kings Construction, personally came out to assess the condition of my roof after a recent hail storm. I contacted him after talking with a neighbor who had his roof replaced a few months earlier by Paul's team. (He was NOT like the many contractors coming into our neighborhood knocking on doors looking for business!). Paul is a very knowledgeable, upbeat, positive person who was willing to take as much time as I needed to have all of my questions and concerns addressed. After interviewing two other contractors, my decision to go with 3 Kings Construction was an easy one. His easy-going professionalism, strong attention to detail and the concern and respect he has for his crew members were huge selling points for me. Paul gave me a start date and his crew arrived on time, fully prepared to start work. During the two day roof and gutter installation, the crew protected my landscaping, AC unit, patio furniture and fence from roof debris and always left my property neat and tidy. I have not found a single roofing nail! Many of my neighbors have made positive comments about the new roof and gutters as well as the work ethic of Paul's crew. After my experience with 3 Kings Construction, I can see why Paul Crouse holds the status of being one of Owens-Corning's preferred contractors.
