After a storm had come through and damaged our roof Micheal at LGW roofing quickly got out to give us a price quote. LGW was selected because I was able to speak & work directly with the owner (vs. "boots-on-the-ground" supervisor). That alleviated any miscommunication and directly steered the full roof & gutter replacement on course for best execution.Also, trim-board replacement was requested on our chimney. When finding wood-rot, LGW quickly alerted me. We negotiated a fair cost for their professional remediation.Highmarks for full disclosure, honesty, and diligence working to our satisfaction. Michael strung me along for nearly 6 weeks without any action plan or quote. Very unresponsive to calls or texts in a timely manner. Didnt show up at all for appointment. Very unprofessional. I had to move on to another contractor for repairs.
