Our new vinyl windows look great. We have a lake house they will be installing windows in when that time comes. Happy Customers!

Had a great experience energy efficient windows. We love our new windows, they look great. The only issue we had was one of our windows was installed with a cracked glass, but they reordered just the glass and replaced it within a week. They were not the cheapest or most expensive, but they gave us there best price upfront and did not play games like some of the others we had give quotes.

After the initial sales call, everything from there pretty much went downhill. Randy was late to every appointment by 15 minutes, usually more. Once he called when he was 15 minutes late to tell me he was going to be another 45 minutes late. It was incredibly inconvenient, as I have a full-time job, and, in my opinion, disrespectful.After the 3 meetings just to get paperwork squared away, the install went great. Except for the scratch in my hardwood floor. I called Randy & he said they would take care of it & cover the costs. He said it'd be about 2 weeks.I signed the paperwork saying the job was complete & I was happy. Randy said the floor scratch would still be taken care of even after I sign this. He told me to call the finance company & say they can release the money, but they said they had to wait for the paperwork. Randy called me at least once a day for the next 2-3 days saying how I needed to do that because they were out X amount of dollars. When I told him that he needed to talk to the finance company he realized that they hadn't received his paperwork which was his job to mail. Once they got it & he got his money I really didn't hear from him.I had to constantly call about the floor scratch & kept getting vague answers & pushed off, so finally I called Jason. He took to it to get this fixed & it did. I was really happy with the company he called on & Jason followed up after all was said & done. Unfortunately, the negative far outweighed the positive I experienced at the end. No one should have to go through that much stress & frustration as a client.

This past May My husband and I purchased 17 windows from Energy Efficient Replacements of south bend. The windows included low e and argon gas, exterior capping, and qualified for Energy Star. We had several estimates from champion, window world, bee windows, and feldco. All quotes were extremely high, the only quote close to Energy Efficient Replacements was window world, but the quality of product from Energy Efficient replacements was much better than them. We paid just over $6000.00 for 17 windows with professional installation. Again, We are very pleased with the great product and service from Energy Efficient replacements. I requested a quote online for gutter cleaning. Jason Yoder responded via e-mail very quickly and a date was set for the service. When no one showed I called for 4 straight days with no response. I e-mailed Jason and he promptly answered but had to find out why they didn't show (he was out of town). They said they couldn't find my house (not sure why as I live in town and they didn't call). We rescheduled for the next Monday. He had a friend, (with a similar business Grasshoppers), call and ask if he could do the job for the same quote due to EER being too busy, I agreed. They never showed, returned my calls, or e-mails...needless to say I am very dissappointed with my interaction with this company.
