Roger's roofing did a great job on my roof. They stripped off the old roofing. They ran a full ridge vent, removed and covered old vents in the roof. They removed and replaced damaged wood and put down all new shingles all in about 9 hrs

What a wonderful and positive experiencing having my roof replaced by Rogers. Both the crew and crew leader were so professional and took such care during the installation. The Quality Control Specialist also stopped by to introduce himself to me. They cleaned up as they went and threw the old roofing into their dumpster instead of all over my lawn. The extra care they took was impressive…even hung black netting around my windows to prevent any stray debris from hitting them. They even did a magnetic sweep of my flower beds when they were done. I will definitely recommend Rogers to others.

Rogers Roofing is a fantastic group of roofers. We were given a consultation which recommended the least invasive plan out of all of the roofers I'd contacted (included 4 other companies), along with a great price. The consultant gave me a brief history of the company as well as the reason behind the plan he recommended.The roofers were not scheduled to come for a few weeks, but I promise you it is worth it to wait. They came and completed the job in the time they said, left me a card, and told me to contact immediately if my leak was not resolved. It's been months since the work was done and everything is holding up fine. I'm thankful I went with Rogers Roofing instead of most other Chicago-based roofing companies. They really seem to have the expertise to properly take care of roofing issues.If something else pops up I'm 1000% going with Rogers over any other company.

The lowest quote from this place for a new roof was 18,000 dollars. Everybody else wanted 6,000 to 6,500 dollars. When I told him that they were not even close I showed him the estimate and within 5 minutes he took 10,000 dollars off his quote. I said your still not there yet buddy , BE CAREFUL and BUYER BEWARE with this company. But this company literally tried charging me for 3 roofs without blinking an eye. We went with JB West and got a new roof for 6,200 dollars and are more than pleased with the quality of work .

I can only review the estimate/inspection part but I do plan on accepting their services for my roof needs due to how well the process went.Jordan P. arrived at my home to inspect the cause of a possible leak. I had tons of questions and concerns, but Jordan was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He went above and beyond a simple inspection by addressing the cause of another possible leak in the siding. Despite it only being a simple and temporary fix, I was very grateful and plan to use their services for the full fix.

Rogers Roofing now has a required $1,100 minimum. I called for a chimney cap to be installed because I had a positive experience with Rogers in the past. At most, this should be a $300 to $500 job, which we are prepared to pay.The estimate I received was for more than $3K, and included work I said we might do sometime in the future. The way this quote grew is that I asked them to look at the way the previous roof job (which I was told was done by Rogers) had left the flashing on the dormers (kind of janky). Nevertheless, we are three weeks in and Rogers has over promised and under delivered. I emailed back to no response. I am still waiting on an estimate for the chimney cap, examples of a cap to choose from, and photos from the initial estimate.When I called to share my concerns, and asked to speak with someone else, what I got was a call back from the same estimator. He explained why their overhead, materials and OSHA cause jobs to be so expensive and to have the required minimum. He also said it was due to the slope of the roof (a Chicago bungalow -- about as common as it gets.) I shared that these are not reasons for a small job to cost more than it should.If Rogers doesn't have or want to do any jobs below $1,100, then that is great for them. I wish them well. However, I would just warn you as a customer to watch for quote and project creep. I have recommended them on the south and southeast side for more than 15 years now. But this is a red flag. I wish it were different.What they've done in monkeying around with this small thing I needed is talk me out of using them for a new roof, which will be needed in the coming years.

They put new siding over my cedar siding.Ed was my salesman and was great with educating me to why or why not do things.Only issue I had was I had to call office every few weeks to find out when the job would start, Ed never got back to me on what was the cost of a door that was replaced until the bill came (thank God it didn't cost lot). Then I called Ed as I had questions on why 4 out 5 corners looked different and waited 3 weeks for no follow up so then called the office and within 2 days the foreman was out. Tony explained why which was great. Would of given 5 ☆ but because I feel the communication was off that is why 4☆.

I'm satisfied and was impressed with the service I received from Rogers Roofing. The representative Mitch, who came to my home was friendly and very thorough. He inspected the roof and determined the issue was something less then a roof repair. His honesty was much appreciated. Rogers Roofing did a wonderful job on our church roof (Beth Eden Baptist Church). A portion of our roof is a flat roof (which they completed several years ago and has not had any issues) and they just completed our pitched shingled roof. It was a complete tear off and replacement. And with this there were repairs needed on the decking, gutter replacement in areas, facia capping, and various other added work. They did a great job, their people were cooperative and friendly, the work was expeditious and thorough, there was open and full communication throughout the process, the site was well controlled and cleaned daily and the price was right. TERRIBLE. Scott Sivickis came to my property almost a month ago and I still have not received an estimate. I have called and email Scott for 7 days straight and have not received the courtesy of a response. I have called the office and was assured he would call... he did not.Funny thing is... when you are on hold, the hold music talks about how they pride themselves on customer satisfaction. If that truly is a core value of this company, Scott should be terminated from his employment as he clearly does not align with those values.Spend your money elsewhere... clearly they do not want business.
