I would recommend APS to anyone looking for a pressure washing service. Their speedy, professional technician Zach Link did a great job for me.I needed to have my patio washed, so I looked into renting a pressure washer. The cost was pretty high, and the machines are heavy and wouldn't fit in my car, so I decided to go with a service.After getting several quotes, I chose Applied Pressure Solutions. Their price was very competitive (less than half of one of the quotes), and they were the only ones who would do it the next day.Zach called when he was on his way and explained everything he would be doing as soon as he arrived. He was fast and courteous and thorough, and my patio now looks like freshly poured concrete!Note that the after picture shows some damp spots that weren't yet dry, but the whole patio looks brand new.

We recently had APS clean our vinal siding on our house and all the concrete that surrounds the house. When they were finished our house and concrete looked wonderful. They did a wonderful and thorough job power washing the outside of our house. Even though a couple of lights were on due to photocell they took the time too unscrew and then put back so the bulbs would not be damaged. Would recommend. I typically power wash my own home but they did a better job then I have been able to do with over the counter soaps. Cleanest the outside of our house has been in years.

I highly recommend using Applied Pressure Solutions for gutter cleaning. We have a 2 story house built into a hill making some spots almost 2 1/2 stories however they have the equipment to do the job. Great prices too. Would highly recommend especially for hard to reach jobs. Already planning to use them again in the fall.

Zach was on time, professional, polite and willing to fix 2 issues before washing my house. It looks brand new....along with my patio and shed. He always came back to check an area where siding was bowed out. He looked at it and had 2 wasp nests in siding. Got rid on nests and was able to put siding back in its place. Awesome job Zach!

We are very happy with APS. We saw a little sign on the aide of a road and decided to text and get more information. Zach answered right away, sent pictures of his work, and we scheduled an estimate. He came and had a reasonable price. We received the estimate digitally. He was willing to do our decks and sidewalks in addition to our siding, but we were only worried about the siding at this time. He came the next week.our house looks great. I got a text saying he was done with before and after pictures! I got a digital bill with the option to pay via PayPal!! He was informative about the process and told us to check back in with him if we aren’t satisfied. He even washed our sidewalk! We will definitely recommend APS to our friends and family! We have found Applied Pressure Solutions to have very high work ethic. This summer we asked them to re-seal our deck. It was in bad shape. They power washed the deck to remove the stains of our previous attempts to seal it ourselves. Then they applied a new sealant and it looks wonderful. We highly recommend this group for timely and effective quality of work.

APS came out to the Montgomery County Historical Society to clean our large pavilion. The structure had several years worth of dirt and grim on it. It had also been vandalized with graffiti and trash over the course of last summer. APS did an outstanding job cleaning it up! The structure is a mix of wood, brick and cement with inset lighting. So, it can be a bit tricky to clean. We were impressed with their work. When we have similar needs in the future they will be who we call!
