Was a great experience so far with the appraiser, foreman, and the workers. They knocked out the job in 2 days and it looks great. Nothing out of place and lifetime warranty. They also made sure our yard was free of debris because they knew we have 3 dogs. I would definately hire them again for roofing needs if i needed to.

These guys completed the roof on our home today. Clay, Andy, and Jeremy were some of the nicest guys I have met in a long time. Andy told me I was the first home owner he ever had go up on the roof to see the completed project. Each of them were all very helpful. They answered every question. They had the job done the same day. Our roof was said to only have had one layer on it. It ended up having two. We did not know it. These guys did not hesitate to continue to get the job done. The cost they gave us, is the cost we are paying. The clean up was great. Their entire team was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company. Not only for the great work they did, but because of the respect and care they showed. WOW!WHAT A FANTASTIC TEAM!

My 30 year old roof was leaking and in need of replacement. Not only did two layers of old roof tiles need to be removed, but it turned out about half of the OSB sheathing was bad and several trusses were damaged. All this was covered by the quote given (no hidden fees) and the entire job was done in a day.I have two greenhouses attached to the house which were carefully covered and not damaged. Have used twice. Where to even start. This company... wow. I wish all contractors and home repair companies were as thoughtful and had this level of professionalism and customer service. We used them about a year ago for a new roof. Fantastic, quick, on time, polite, and cleaned up pretty good. Only had a few missed nails in the driveway. Then recently we needed some roofing areas fixed after a chimney was removed. Talk about amazing workmenship! Unfortunately some of the workers on this crew were not as thoughtful as the last and ruined and damaged some personal property and it looked like they forgot to clean up the yard. We contacted the company back and explained the situation. Not only did they replace the damaged property but they also compensated us for the time it took us to clean up the yard and apologized. (It was a lot and several hours of work). They have continued to make service excellence a priority. We bought a house in June and the leak wasn’t disclosed, shortly after we battled with a huge leak in the kitchen ceiling. We searched for months for local contractors and businesses even some big names. Nobody could get work started and some of the companies harassed us and had restitution charges for damages they caused. We were referred to Honest Abe and Eric who by the way is the coolest, most laid back dude came out and spent all his time helping us, he didn’t sell us what we didn’t need. After signing they got out so fast and had the entire job done in one day. They stand by their lifetime guarantee and our roof is beautiful and the leaks are gone. We got out first referral check today from someone who was having a similar problem that we did and it brought me to tears. Home owning doesn’t have to be hard with Honest Abe doing your roof. Our roof was done in October.Please be advised that the financing company can be difficult to deal with if you aren’t prepared to make payments on time or even early and that it is a line of credit and does impact your debt ratio. They responded immediately and got the ball rolling. They repaired my roof about 2 weeks after they came and gave the estimate and then installed guttering about a week later. Both jobs only took a day each to complete. When they were done they cleaned up their mess completely. Honest Abe was real quick and determined when installing new skylight. Now I get much more better sunlight and can see the clouds during daytime. Still needs to be tested for rain tho. Installation was quick, after Payment was received! Unfortunately they couldn’t take none of the old parts and nails with them because of their super tight schedule and had to leave everything on the backyard grass for a few days! $2500 for 1 skylight replacement and 1 boot seal repair gives me confidence that this company is top of the line and delivered nothing but state of the art parts. Cant wait to call them again in a few years to get the $27,000.00 roof replaced! They canceled my appointment when I had to go to work and my wife was going to be the one home to talk to them. I feel completely comfortable with my wife making decisions for our family, seems sexist. We told them we wanted a standing seam metal roof, what else is there to discuss? We're paying out of pocket cash. Take your measurement, leave, send me the quote. You really have to guess why they require this. Seems shady, you've been warned, beware.
