We recently had our house siding replaced by Knox Services and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We worked with Matt to model several siding options and accessories to narrow down the final selection. We appreciate the professionalism, experience and personal attention he brought to our project. When installation began Shane was our production manager and was absolutely outstanding to work with. He was on-site daily communicating with us and the crew. We made a few changes during installation and Shane and the crew made them happen. At the end of the project, Shane was very thorough and made sure every detail of the installation was to our and his standards. The installation crew were great to work with, very professional and easy to work with. We really appreciated how they left the job-site daily and the final cleanup. We would highly recommend Knox Services for both siding and roofing.

Ryan was great to work with, and their pricing was good. We don’t even live in the state where we own this property, but the communication was very good and we were able to let our tenants know what to do and expect. We would recommend them for roof repair and would use them again if ever needed

The entire team at Knox took great care of us from start to finish on our chimney repair. Scheduling was a breeze, and the repairs were done in an efficient, timely, and professional manner. C’Koh, Matt and the rest of the crew (Mick and Ryan especially) were open and honest about what repairs were needed. We’ll definitely use Knox again, although hopefully not anytime soon for any chimney repairs. I’m done with those for a while.

Knox Services just completed the installation of our new roof that included replacing two skylights. Louis and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived early in the morning and worked into the dark to complete the job in one day. The team worked quickly and efficiently like a well orchestrated production. They also did a great job of cleaning up the site. Ryan, Eric, and the whole inside office team were great to work with beginning with the estimate development all the through installation and final inspection. We’re extremely pleased with the results!

Roof looks beautiful. Better than expected. They were here early. Took less than 2days. Clean up was excellent. Price was very reasonable. They sent a picture of the person who would come to give the estimate and when to expect him. All questions were answered. Easy process to get started and great warranty. Would highly recommend.

Adam Minier at Knox earns my business over and over. Being that I am a local realtor, I am often needing to help clients determine repairs and repair costs for their homes or future homes. Whenever a roof related issue comes up, Adam makes sure my clients are well taken care of and in the timelines necessary. He goes out of his way to communicate with me, fit us in his schedule and educate us, in great detail about the roof repair(s) in question. There are many times that I am calling 2 or 3 roofing companies for professional opinions and evaluations, for the same issues on the same house, for comparison purposes. Knox is always in the more affordable range as well in that department. If their price doesn’t win, usually their professionalism, timeliness and communication will. Their completed roof repairs always pass post repair completion inspections for us and knox does a great job on the repairs. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I live out of State and was arranging quotes via phone contact for a garage roof replacement for an elderly Mother in Lafayette. Owner (Anthony) met my Sister at the site and quoted the job at over $2,000 less than other two local roofers. Final price came in exactly as quoted Additional work was needed with joist replacement and that part actually was less than Anthony estimated. The on-site manager took several before and after photos too. Knox Services rocks !

Can not recommend this company enough. They came out and inspected my roof and covered the problem area and they came to replace my roof when they said they would (within 2 weeks pending the weather) they were extremely thorough with communication before to let me know what to expect, during with updates every step of the way, and even after. Throughout this whole process I had the pleasure of speaking with multiple different people that work for Knox including the crew, the inspector, the ladies in the front office and they were all extremely kind. Ryan and Shane (project managers), Mick & Steve (worked on section of cedar trim), the siding crew as well as office staff were very friendly, professional and addressed any needs that arose.
