Cyrus G. performed the annual service on my A/C. He was willing to eliminate some spiders on his way into the crawlspace to replace the filter. He removed a mouse infestation from the outdoor A/C equipment and advised me on how to prevent a reoccurrence. He also gave me advice on how to use the three zones in my home more effectively. Cyrus offered me a water heater yearly maintenance service, which I accepted, as well. He placed covers on his shoes anytime he entered my home and replaced the wooden entrance pieces leading into the crawlspace. He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and nice. The interaction with Cyrus matches all interactions that I have had with T & T Plumbing. They are excellent!!

We had an emergency situation with a rusted hole in a metal plumbing pipe. We had no water for 3 days. T&T fit us in same day and Cody was exceptional. He was here for 3 hours but was determined to fix our issue. He was respectful and professional. Excellent job Cody, and thank you, T&T.

Undoubtedly, the best customer service I've ever had. We chose them because they are in our neighborhood and have done work for us previously. Everyone in the office that I spoke with as well as Joey have been above and beyond what was expected. They really settled my nerves, after our fire. If you need a new air conditioner, furnace, water softener, water heater, any plumbing. You will not be disappointed if you call them. They have been a godsend. The special shout out to Joey, he has been absolutely fabulous.

Austin did a fantastic job! I had a clog in the kitchen sink which he fixed in 5 minutes. But while he was under there he found some other problems with deteriorating fixtures and a leak, which would have caused a bigger problem down the road. He fixed everything. He also let me know of a leak in my sprayer, but said many times a fix on that doesn't work because you just need a whole new faucet. So that was good to know. I was planning on a new sink and faucet at some point later on anyway. He was very thorough in explaining things, which I very much appreciate. I won't hesitate to call you guys again for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you!

Highly recommend. They are very thorough and good at explaining, to help people better understand. They do their best to get out to your house as soon as they can. They do a great job while in the home. Our heat went out. We called the on call and they came right out, fixed what was needed, and ordered what they didn’t have. We will continue to use them!

Jonathan came to check out if our geothermal unit was working properly. He was thorough in his evaluation, professional in his explanation of what was not performing efficiently, and efficient in correcting the problems found. The receptionist and the scheduling manager (whose names I wish I could state here) were both equally professional and courteous, and my appointment was set for the day after I called. T and T has earned my customer loyalty and I have purchased their maintenance program. Thanks to all of you at T and T!

Highly recommend T&T. Had an emergency valve replacement. Called before 11:00 am and they were there at 2:30 and within an hour it was replaced and we had water again. Very nice and polite technicians. Super reasonable repair pricing.

Would recommend. We would use them again. We had a leak under our tub going into the garage. We were able to get service the day we called. We were even a 45 min drive from them. Was quoted $80 for a tech to come out and ONLY inspect a problem we were having. After arriving, looking at the issue and spending less than 30minutes on the property. He said my total bill was $330. !?!??!?!?!? When I argued what the $80 was for, he even admitted "yeah, sorry, I wish they'd be more specific on the phone"That was a highly unappreciated surprise. 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy was very knowledgeable and polite.

I had T&T come out to give me a quote for a repair to my leaking water service line on a Friday. I didn't receive a quote until Tuesday and they quoted me $4100 for the repair. I had a different plumber come a few days later to quote the same job and their quote was $2500, given to us the same day. I dealt with T&T myself, and my husband dealt with the other plumber. So either T&T saw a young woman and wanted to try and take advantage, or their pricing is just always outrageous. Either way, i won't be calling them again.On the plus side, the technicians that came out were kind and professional and for an emergency fee of $150, they were able to come out same day. In fact they arrived only about 30 minutes after i called, which was nice.

Their tech came very quickly (on Saturday).My problem is the cost, $349 seems a bit high for being here about a half hour and not really doing anything but promise me that he would get back to me Monday with a quote on a part that might need replacement.

I hired this company to replace sewer line from the clean out to the sidewalk on Jan 19 and paid them $5300. I had photos that proved the new pipe stopped 8-10 ft from the sidewalk, but they tried to deny the fact and get me to accept the job as is. On March 2, they came out with a camera locator. They attempted to convince me it was locating out at the sidewalk. After I had them explain how the locator worked and I got involved in the process, watching the camera myself, they located the pipe 10 feet from the sidewalk as I expected. On March 15, they ran the new pipe out to the sidewalk. On May 12 they came out to level/reseed, but created more damage to the yard with their dump truck, pushed pieces of the old sewer pipe around and left them, did not level the area, or seed properly. I spoke with the company about the poor job and sent photo/ video proof. In addition to that issue, I spoke to them about the fact that on one section of the underground pipe they laid on March 15th, they used a rubber fernco coupler without a shear-band (I sent them a photo) and I have since learned that this coupler should not have been used underground as it can sag as well as allow tree roots to enter the pipe. Mitch assured me that the fernco coupler was fine, that they use this all the time, and that I would not have any problems. Of course, they only warranty their work for one year, so by the time I would have a problem, that guarantee would be useless. They refused to come out and replace the coupler. They complained that their guy hadn't quoted the job accurately and that they'd lost money on the project. None of which is my fault or negates the fact that I didn't get the professional service and installation I hired them to perform. And lastly, when giving me quotes to go to the city tap instead of just to the sidewalk they claimed the much greater expense was due to city permits needed ($500-1000). After all of the issues we had with the job they did, I called the city clerk and found out there were no permit fees. So, if we had hired them to go to the tap we would have paid for bogus fees. They issued a $500 refund which doesn't solve my issues, nor did it even cover the cost of having the yard leveled and reseeded properly. I would not recommend this company.

We have used T and T in the past and have been satisfied with their service. Last week our 80 gallon water heater broke. They came quickly but then we did pay for an emergency visit. The tech said the heater was irreparable which was obvious from the water leaking from the underpart of the tank. He gave us only two options for replacing it. A 55 gallon HTP everlast that had the ability to deliver up to 100 gallons of water. What he did not tell us that found out in our research is that 55 gallons is delivered at a temp of 125, to get the 100 gallons the water heater thermostat would need to be upped to a temp of 170. The price for this unit came out to be $6100.00. That did include a permit fee of $100 and another fee of $350 for an expansion tank that if we did not install he said the warranty would most likely not be covered. On the Allen County permit page a replacement water heater permit is $20. The other option he presented to us was a tankless system , no actual quote given but at least $10,000 for that one . We explained to him that was more than we wanted to pay for a water heater but those were the again the only options presented. At that point we decided to get other quotes and found a local company that came the next day that installed two fifty gallon tanks connected together or independent of each other so we can use one unit or both depending on our needs that day. The cost was less than half of what we were quoted for the HTP. On a side note apparently 80 gallon water heaters are being phased out.

I have had 2 furnaces replaced by T&T Plumbing. First one in my home a few years back and 1 in my pole barn last year. This year the one in my shop quit working. They diagnosed and fixed it quickly. They have always done a great job at a reasonable price!

My house was cold - 53 degrees. Gentleman that came to service, ran out to his van, leaving my door open twice, as he did so.Also, he stated that he would have to order the part and I would have to okay it. He stated, "it shouldn't be much", regarding the cost of the part. It ended up being $688.00 total with installment.

I had been without a/c for 2 days and T&T got me right on their schedule. The tech called ahead and showed up early. Very nice and courteous and immediately diagnosed the issue. Original visit discussion about adding steam humidifier was fine. Questions prior to install was fine. Once install was started (Scotty) things started to go downhill. I provided 220 hookup, left wire coiled up near install, communicated to Jim (salesman) info and sent pictures of gray conduit etc. He said he would make sure Scotty had material on truck. Scotty said he didn't, and would have to go back to shop for items. I would check on them (Scotty had helper, though I never witnessed him actually doing anything) occasionally, and ask if they needed anything. Nearing completion, I asked how I was going to control humidity, he said he was going to put control on furnace. I said it should be hooked to my thermostat upstairs. Why would I go all the way downstairs to basement to control?He said I would have to buy another thermostat. I said I have an Ecobee. Shouldn't they have checked what kind of thermostat I had? After all, they are HVAC company? He said that wouldn't work. I got online and confirmed my Ecobee is capable. I then communicated that to Scotty, and he said it would require an extra wire. And? Isn't that their job? To run thermostat wire to the thermostat?I think they didn't want to take the time to do that. He said I would have to talk to Jim and said they had another job to get to, and left. They didn't explain how unit worked, installation, maintenance, nothing. Just left without finishing job. I thought that was VERY unprofessional. And no indication they were coming back.A couple hours later, I noticed steam bellowing out of bedroom register only. So much that the furniture, carpet and register were wet, and water was running down every window in bedroom. No need to tell you what that will cause long term. I sent pictures to Jim, and he said "that was normal". What?!!!He said we should just turn it down? We have beautiful hardwood floors, and purchased humidifier to maintain proper humidity for them 35-55%. I set for 45. Problem is hardwood floors are upstairs, where the thermostat is, hmmm, and they are measuring humidity of the basement, because they were either too busy or lazy to run it properly.To top it off, I have so much moisture in bedroom its like a sauna and will cause damage if I don't turn it off, and no idea if they are going to fix.So It is nowChristmas Eve, Eve. They are closed and we have guest coming...I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point.

Had T & T come to fix a shower drain and replace the shower valve. There estimate was $605 for parts and with labor and misc. The total was $880. To fix. Plus the $79.just to come and look at the job. I was told they probably would have everything then needed to fix my shower on the truck. I will never call again.
