They are definitely cheaper then the commercial competitors on there prices.The owner Jacob mcgrail is extremely talented in all of his work. He does big jobs and small ones all are important to him. He can usually figure out the problem and fix it on the first try. The guys he hires are usually locals from green county so this generates money back into our community. We called McGrails roofing about doing some roofing repairs. Jake came out the same day and took a look at what we needed done; said he would get back to us with an estimate. We didn't hear back from him. My husband sent acouple text messages with no response. Jake replaced a hot water tank for us at a previous residence. We were very pleased with his professionalism as well as his timeliness! We don't know the reason Jake didn't get back to us, it's very surprising considering our previous interactions. Disappointing he didn't respond to calls or text messages.

Stay away, never finished the work they started, stopped answering all phone calls and texts. Their warranties are worthless if they will not respond to your concerns.Service: Gutter installation
