I don’t enjoy leaving a negative review. Especially as the people whom run the company are very kind and are dedicated. However, in saying that, our home is still not finished. Months later. And I suspect they are never coming back.There seems to be a disconnect between management and those who are performing the tasks. Men arrived at our home intermittently over several days. Sometimes only stopping an hour. And quite often no one was turning up. Which meant we had to make constant phone calls to chase up what we’d agreed upon and paid for. It appeared that some of the workers had not been informed of what they were supposed to be doing. And some of them did have some dubious working practices. I understand that there has to be some disruption whilst work is being carried out. But at times they trampled the garden disrespecting our property, and strew left over rubbish all over the garden. Which I had to collect and remove. As it was being blown about. I personally assess the situation as wilfully ignorance rather than accidental oversight.I think the final nail in the coffin was when the work was inspected. And it hadn’t been carried out correctly. Effectively causing more damage and harm to our home. So the matter of honesty and good moral character was also thrown into the ring for debate.I understand that it’s a busy company, but if work is being subcontracted or delegated. It must be carried out diligently and correctly. Which is not the case at all at the moment.It’s a shame. We had intentions of remodelling our home and changing the siding and roof. In light of what we witnessed this summer. I would not be using this company or recommending them either.

The entire Above All Construction Team provided outstanding service for completion of the siding & water heater installation project for Jack and Beverly. We especially appreciated the personal attention from Mr. Marty Lewis. He was consistently available to work the schedule with us. His team of Daryl, Tanner, Shane, John, David and Christian were professional, patient, and thorough. Daryl deserves special appreciation for his attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to listen and provide great on-site team leadership. He instilled a sense of competence for us. Ms. Linda Lawrence provided outstanding customer service and coordination. She was always available as a company advocate, ensuring budget and schedule details were appropriately addressed. The final project was successful, on budget, and on schedule. And the home looks great! We are very pleased and thank the entire team for a job well done! Roof was put on it 2019. It took MONTHS to complete. Weeks would go by with no work being completed( not due to weather). The first crew that came out abandoned the job and their ladders on my property for weeks. I was told the owner couldn't manage to contact them so they were at a standstill. That crew also threw a jet ski and other large junk in the contractor dumpster in my yard...which sat in my yard for months being an eye sore. When I asked why it wasn't removed even after they didn't need it I was told time and again that it was Republic Services fault and that the owner made multiple calls to attempt getting it picked up and that the trash company was at fault. I called republic services myself after assuming I was being lied to and the dumpster was gone by the end of the day. They told me nobody from Above All ever reached out. Within a year of the roof being replaced I had to call another company to replace shingles that were blowing off. I was Also told by the owner that they would try sealing around a vent pipe leaking on my porch. They did tell me that was the best they could do with the current pitch and style of that section of roof. I told them i was fine with this. Waited and waited and Ryan....second crew who came out.....never sealed around it. There were leaves all over by then so i was very easy to tell nothing had been done. 3 years later that pipe is no different than when they came. Overall terrible communication and poor quality. I hope this helps with an explanation.

The siding on my house and garage looks amazing, the trim just gives it the pop of color needed. I couldn’t ask for anything more other than gutters so I decided to call them again! Thank you so much

I had an appointment set with them at 4pm. I get off work at 5, but had heard such great things about them that I was willing to lose an hour pay to meet with them. I waited till 420 for them to show up, people run late I understand, Then I called the office. The lady on the phone said he had something come up and was not coming at all. I was a little frustrated I missed work, and I had to call to find out they weren't coming. She apologized and said can we reschedule, I informed her I already missed work and did not want to again. She informed me that they don't have appointments after 4pm, but given the situation she would check with her team in the morning and call me to reschedule. I was willing to work with them and agreed. now here I sit at lunch, morning has gone and no phone call, nothing scheduled. They might have amazing work, but I have not had anywhere near good service at this point.

Above All Construction have done a great job on my current insurance claim. Specifically their attention to detail and over all professional nature has been great. They show up on time and stay on a consistent schedule until the work is complete. They take care in cleaning up their job site at the end of each day and their supervisors do a great job of communicating the schedule and status of the job. Above all Construction provided us the results we originally contracted for.There were challenges and they worked with us through them, Personnel issues, material availability. They met their contracted responsibility even as they lost profit. they lost profit to meet their responsibility - that is not common. They interfaced with us knowing we didn't want upcharges and wanted to limit Change orders.The customer needs to communicate on mature level and they really work with you - they could have backed out of the contract based on the circumstances, they didn't.Their metal siding crew was great and Louis and his guys and gals are great - minimal clean up required after the completed job. This was a metal siding job, not the normal vinyl siding job, with Special order material. I almost miss seeing them daily.There are no perfect jobs, but a company that works with you and the challenges is unique. Stay local and contract locally - they will work with you.Service: Remodeling

They never showed up for first appointment, then rescheduled it and they didn't show up the second time as well and never called to let me know. Bad business practice. I would not recommend them for anything after wasting my time

This might be premature, my project isn't finished yet. Going on thirteen weeks for a metal carport. I needed some cement work first and they hired a subcontractor that's really slow. Now that's done and I'm still waiting for my carport. I was told it would be put up last week. Just like my cement work, my promise dates just come and go. This isn't a big job, I just want it over with. I won't be hiring this company for my patio awning.
