I have been extremely impressed with Kingdoms Roofing and Siding. They kept me informed through contract signing to completion. Joe Collier was great to work with and took all the time we needed to make decisions on the product and design. The project started 4 week early which was greatly appreciated. The crew arrived on time and stayed as long as they could to get the project finished on time. The crew was fast and professional. The project lead ( Jeremia) was great to work with and kept the crew on task. He also provided troubleshooting when a problem came up. He made sure everything was done per our approval before the crew left the site when the project was done. I would highly recommend this company for any service they provide! The house looks beautiful, beyond my expectations.

We had an excellent experience. The salesperson and the crew were friendly and knowledgeable. Installation went very well, and the crew helped us resolve a concern to ensure that one of the downspouts was moved. Our upgrade involved larger diameter gutters since the wrong size was originally installed for our large home. Ironically, we had a massive downpour the very next day, and for the first time, no overflow! We're very pleased!

The roofing crew took great care of the property, covering all of the landscaping with tarps, and cleaned up extremely well after the job was done. Everything with Kingdom was easy. Bill made it easy and was willing to work around any schedule we had. When our roof install team came, the team did a great job getting the new roof on and cleaning up. Within 7 hours we went from an old roof and new roof with no evidence that workers were there. We had an awesome experience with Kingdom. From the sales process through project development and the final installation they were professional and upfront with their communication. Their team demonstrated a vast degree of knowledge about siding and the options available. Their mock drawings gave a clear picture of what the project would look like. The installation teams showed up on time and when they said they were going to be there. The onsite supervisor over communicated with us throughout the installation process. In a day where customer service seems to have taken a back seat for most companies, Kingdom could not have done better. Their team clearly cared about our project and it showed. I would highly recommend using Kingdom Roofing Systems.

I have reached out to Kingdom roofers multiple times regarding a leak from flashing not installed correctly. My request was for them to pay damages and although that may sound a tall order, for a company who claims excellence this should be expected. Poor representation on their part continues as they have refused to acknowledge my concerns… *verified customer -$8060 roof

Kingdom Roofing will never be allowed on my property again.Shall we start with the subcontractor who copped an attitude when I told him to move his pickup off my grass in front of my front door? "No, I like it here" is what he told me. After about 10 minutes, he left.The 2 man crew started at 9 am and were finished at 11:30 am. Great! Guess what? Nobody came to pick them up! Finally, at 2:15, after wandering around, peeing in my pine trees, and breaking a piece of styrofoam into a bunch of pieces for me to clean up, (along with candy wrappers and some roofing that fell in my flower beds), they were picked up.Did anyone swing by to check on them or their work? Nope. Did anyone call me to let me know there was car trouble involved and they would be there another 3 hours, unsupervised? Nope.Will I ever hire Kingdom Roofing again? Nope.Anyone who lets subcontractors do a job without checking on them or the job quality is extremely sub-par. When I replace my entire roof this summer, it will not be done by Kingdom Roofing.

From the beginning consultation to the roof installation, our experience was awesome! Ryan the sales consultant came out and inspected our roof after we had severe wind damage. He talked us through all of our options (several times), helped us with dealing with the insurance company and even tarped our roof until our new one could be installed. Ryan takes great pride in his job! Kingdom Roofing kept us informed throughout the process so when knew what to expect. The team of roofers were excellent. They have a project manager on site, ours was Jeremiah and he was fabulous! He kept my husband update on their progress throughout the day. They put netting around the house to protect it from damage and to collect any debris. They did a great job of cleaning up. Most of all our new roof is beautiful!!! We hired Kingdom Roofing after they showed up at our door indicating hail damage to our roof and gutters. Our insurer paid Kingdom over $20k to fully replace the roof and gutters. The workmanship is warrantied in the contract for 5 years. After a heavy spring rain in April 2023, 2.5 years after installation, our Hardie Plank siding started delaminating in two areas. We contacted Kingdom about the damage. Kingdom, a Hardie Plank Preferred Installer (per their website) sent out their 3rd party gutter installer to inspect the damage. The installer noted in his report that gutters are directly abutting the siding (incorrect) with no kick flashing installed (critical) and this is what caused the damage to our siding (see photos). This was confirmed by the Kingdom employee that arrived to install the missing kick flashing. Despite these assessments, Kingdom attempted to suggest that the damage was pre-existing, but had no evidence to support this assertion despite multiple requests. Because of the poor workmanship and lack of accountability, we hired two independent roofing contractors to review the entire job. One of them was formerly an insurance claims consultant. Both indicated numerous issues with both shingle installation and gutter installation. For 6 months we contacted management, the CEO, several office staff and finally, when we asked how to formally file a warranty claim, we got a call from a newly hired project manager who claimed he would be managing the repair of our siding. Kingdom lists their company as an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Installer, yet we had shingles glued to our roof and shingles with multiple nail holes, in addition to multiple areas where flashing was missing and open gaps were not filled. In addition to the gutters directly abutting the home, which is incorrect, the gutter screws are installed in the wrong place (this will lead to leaking). We had an estimate provided for repairs for nearly $3000. After notifying Kingdom of these issues, they finally arrived at the end of December and repaired the siding and reported that they repaired the list of issues we provided from the independent inspection. We had asked for photos of the repairs made to the second level but never received these after multiple requests. We paid our independent inspector to review the work again and he found that the gutters were not replaced and the venting ratio was still insufficient. We had zero response from Kingdom about the photos of repairs and have decided that due to their lack professionalism and follow-through that we are no longer wasting our time and energy. We have hired a reputable roofing company to perform the repairs and will absorb the cost. I fully expect Kingdom to respond to this with hostility and denials as they do with every negative review, but know that we have all of the receipts and photos. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Extremely unprofessional, rude and underhanded.

Sales person (Chris) and Project Manager (Jeremiah) were both very professional and customer focused. Chris helped to diagnose an attic venting issue even before getting the contract. Kingdom put on a new roof for me several years ago and during our latest bout of rain a number of shingles came off and the water leaked through inside the house collapsing the ceiling tiles. At this point I'm going to say stay away from this company if you want a professional install on your roof. I just got a roof installed by them and it has been the absolute worst experience. I wish I would have done more research and used someone else. The sales person was the best so I really thought would could go wrong from there? Literally, this company is an absolute joke and refuses to take responsibility for the trash contractors they hire to do your install!! NEVER again will we ever use this company!!

***Update: See the company's response to me. Ask yourself why a company would refuse to put in writing the work they are committing to perform and the materials that are going to use. Documenting their process does not help if they verbally say they are going to do things and fail to do it. If it's not in writing then you are just out of luck. How do you prove that they said they were going to do something? Fair warning to all.***We were sold on the plan to replace our roof, the materials they stated were going to use and how they were going to modify it to protect our home in the future. The cost was significant, but we liked what we were being told.Where did it go wrong? We received the quote which included nothing more than pages talking about the warranties, and the total cost with discount.We asked them for a quote and contract that included the materials and quantities to be used and what work was going to be performed (it was more extensive than a tear off and replace shingles). Honestly, we've never had a contractor give us a quote that did not include this information. It's pretty standard practice.Their sales person, Michael, flat out refused claiming "proprietary" information. Let me be clear we weren't asking for specific pricing information, just materials & quantities. There is nothing proprietary about listing what materials are being used or what work is going to be performed.There is no way we are going to spend close to $20,000 on a contract that doesn't specify what we are agreeing to. They can tell us face to face that they are going to do certain things and then fail to do what they promised. If it's not in the four corners of the contract there is nothing we can do about it.Beware of any contractor that refuses to provide specifics in a quote or contract. In the words of Judge Judy, anything said verbally and not included in the contract is just puffing and you will have no legal recourse if anything goes wrong.

My family had a great experience with Kingdom Roofing. We were trying to find a company to patch my mom's siding that was missing. They came out, gave a free estimate, and worked with us to find the best solution. They communicated well throughout with the estimated time the project could be expected, and they surpassed our expectations by completing everything in a single day. My Grandma had them come to put a new roof on her sun porch. When the guy was up there he dropped the roll of roofing, and it broke the main support, in the ceiling. She called them to let them know she had water pouring in the room, after a heavy rain, it soaked the carpet, furniture it’s was a mess.They sent someone out to PATCH it. the guy jacked up the ceiling instead of fixing it. and placed a board across the ceiling and down the side walls. Broke a window doing so, the poor guy was by himself trying to do it all. he told my mom he was having an anxiety attack, trying to fix it because he wasn’t sure how to do it. He literally pieced several pieces of white vinyl to cover the wood. You can’t even put a blind up on the window because of the way they have the board. Gaps in the ceiling. IT LOOKS REALLY BAD She was just told not to call back in there shop, they aren’t going to fix it right, and she’s too picky.So I would think twice before I would ever call KINGDOM ROOFING.They have been very rude to her and will not fix the job to make it correct, as they broke the support beam and caused all this damage.

Kingdom did a full house Siding with new gutters, leaf guards and downspouts. We were "sold" from salesman through production crew. Not only was the work EXCELLENT, but customer service was beyond superb! All crews were courteous, helpful and accommodating! Cleanup was done every evening, and even the punchlist was completed quickly and efficiently! We could not have asked for a better experience and our home-cooked BEAUTIFUL!!!
