Summary: we are walking away from a 15 year warranty based on the poor experience we've had with ACR1. We purchased a commercial, intended to be only the first, and a warranty was transferred to us for the ACR1 installed roof and caps. Due to construction of a new brick wall on one side of the building the cap was removed and an estimate of $1600 to reinstall the cap was provided. After several delays in getting the cap installed, and while the team was on site indicated they had addressed identified leaks and ponding on the rubber roof, we received a bill of over $3100. We had been told the individual intended to do the work wasn't available at that time and they sent a crew of 5 employees. After more than 6 months of attempting to speak to the manager, with assurances he would contact us, no call was ever received. Eventually a payment of over $1700 was processed out of the remaining funds that had been allocated for the wall construction. Upon reaching out recently about more leaks in the roof, we were advised we have a remaining balance due. At this point, with the poor customer service, we are opting to find someone else to care for our commercial roofing needs and will do the same with future commercial properties as well as encourage others in East Central Indiana to do the same through the various Boards and Associations we are affiliated with at this time.

I had an interview here and all of the ladies in the call center but 1 lady were EXTREMELY rude. I went in and no one knew where I was going and they were whispering about me (which I could hear them). One lady had said “I thought they weren’t hiring anymore”, in an aggressive tone. Never in my life have I been treated poorly at an interview until now. They were super unorganized, and disrespectful. I understand being busy but no need to be rude and have people cussing. I don’t recommend this job unless you want to be talked about and disrespected.

There drivers like to speed down residentals at 60+ mph with truck held wide open. I don’t know who it was but crew cab truck only one guy in it. Thinks Burlington is a race track. Do better. If you hit one my kids I promise ain’t gonna be pretty

I am the Pastor of Grace and Mercy Fellowship Center in Columbus Ohio. We had to replace our flat roof on our building. We searched and talked with several companies before choosing ACR1. They had the best product, the best strategy, the best process and best price. It is not often you can check off all the boxes, but with ACR1 we did just that. The roof is a few years old now and we have had not one issue. The service has been excellent and the roof has been worry free. We are a busy church and not having to deal with the leaks has been awesome. The installation was just as described and on time. We strongly recommend this roofing system and company. This company just called my job asking about who to talk to about maintenance on the building (I'm assuming they were trying to find some business) and I went to ask the administrator who they should talk to. We are at the bottom of a large apartment complex in the middle of the city, so I came back and started telling her that I could give her the number to the main buildings manager - and she hung up on me. Not the best way to carry out your business. I wasn't a potential client, therefore they were done. Not the kind of place I would like to take my business.

These guys robo-called me 4 times in two hours. Claimed he talked to my tenant (even had his name) and that tenant said roof was leaking. They wanted to send someone out to do an estimate. I refused, called my tenant, and turned out he never said any such thing!
