Highly recommend Calumet River Construction for your roofing needs. Javy and his crew came out and showed me (on the roof itself) what was wrong and then replaced the roof of my garage in a timely manner. They included some minor repairs on my house roof as part of the whole process as well. They even moved our agreed upon timeline up by 2 weeks in order to beat a handful of bad storms. Compared to other roofing companies, Javy and his team went above and beyond to explain everything to me and give me a fair quote.

Calumet River did amazing work! They called us with a cancellation and were able to come next day! In one day, they tore off 2 layers of roofing, put the new roof on, cleaned up and were done! The guys who worked were efficient, professional and hard working! They contacted me when they were done and updated me as needed. They were even kind to make sure I got the Amazon package that was delivered for me since I wasn’t home! The roof looks amazing and I would recommend them without hesitation!!! Repaired an improperly installed flat rubber roof. Located the problem. Showed me the problem. Discussed solutions. Showed me photos at important junctures. Answered all questions thoroughly and respectifully. Performed the repair neatly and as discussed. Offered to get me on the roof for final inspection. (I opted for photos) Follow up call after a rain. It's only been a few weeks and no heavy rains, so time will tell. I feel confident things will be fine, because they told me in great detail what they were going to do, and it made sense. Also, Javier made sure the crew knew what was expected of them the day of the repair. Tony, the contact man, was thorough, too. Didn't guess. Very quick teardown and replacement - home and garage roofs in one day, siding in two days. Not very careful with teardown in that I found nails and cutoff strips months after completion. Was told nail are aluminum and they are not responsible.
