Not very good to their neighbors. Took right a way from their neighbors that had been using for 55 years to turn around to enter into their garage. Last snow storm they piled all of the parking lot snow and piled it in front of their neighbors garage and sidewalk. When I calmly asked Tammy why they were doing this she continued to scream and yell at me. We believe they are wanting our property but do not want to pay the asking price so they are trying to drive away our potential buyers.

HORRIBLE. They have never been on time, hours late. When I call to see when they will arrive, they had forgotten they even had an appointment with me. I had to take entire days off of work when I should have only had to take half days. I spent 6 hours cleaning up the mess they left (they did provide me a check with an agreeable amount for my time). I spoke to the owner about these issues and unfinished work. He agreed to come right over and fix it. Two hours later two employees arrived. At that point I had to leave my house in 5 minutes so no work was able to be done. A new time was arranged. I have been waiting an hour and half. I have no hope of anyone coming out. DO NOT USE THEM.

Took them around 2 weeks to contact me after my initial contact with them. I did not reach back out to answer their phone call but they have not try to reach me again either. And it is been another five days since then. Spend my entire life in sales you have to chase it if you want to get it. I can't imagine what their service is like.

Once the job was finally finished I realized my internet did not work. Called my provider, their service call revealed that while insulating my crawl space the internet wire was broken and foam insulation was sprayed over it. Of course it was left up to me to pay for this repair. I informed Wolff by sending them a copy of the repair bill and photos documenting the damage. Now over a month later I've heard nothing from them, not even an apology. I advise to make sure all your wiring is secure before allowing any work to be done.
