I called Donnie to come out and do an inspection/estimate on our roof. He was at our house for an hour and half, inspecting and presenting his product. He then told us, "you don't need a new roof immediately, you can wait." We appreciated his honesty! He came back several days later and repaired a couple of potential trouble spots on the roof for a reasonable price. We plan on using Granger Roofing to replace our roof in the next year or two.Service: Roof inspection

If there was a "ZERO STAR" review I would leave that! Donnie and his crew replaced a roof on my garage in December 2019 and January 2020. We have had NOTHING but problems and he tries to put the blame back on us! We just had a "PROFESSIONAL ROOFING COMPANY" come out and look at the job he did. This gentlement has NEVER seen such bad work in his career - plus Donnie came out in March 2023 and caused even more damage than what damage was caused by his crew by using cauking! I will post pictures with proof once I receive them! DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT USE GRANGER ROOFING FOR ANYTHING! I am absolutely disgusted with what I just heard and saw in the photos. Instead of owning the problem, Donnie tried to blame us for the problem. Plus the forman Mike that did the work - he fired last year! Imagine that! Then he had the nerve to have me call his son so he can stick us for another $6000.00. Not in a million years!

Donni made several trips to my house in order to help facilitate the gathering documentation/pictures to submit to my insurance company. Donni went above and beyond! Donnie was very thorough in his explanation of the product I was interested in. He explained everything right down to the final inspection. He wasn’t the least expensive but I believe you get what you pay for. Knowing that I received a good quality roof that may have cost a little more gave me the piece of mind I was looking for. Our experience with Granger Roofing was amazing! Donny and his crew were very friendly and professional. He answered every phone call himself and delivered on everything he promised. His quote came in under the other companies we contacted, and his products are better quality. He was on time with getting the job finished, and our new roof looks beautiful! It's a great relief going into Northern Indiana winter knowing we have a solid roof and will not have any issues this season. The crew worked hard and stayed late to get the job done. They were careful to protect our house and landscaping while they were working. They were friendly, and respectful to us. They also did an amazing job cleaning up. Did a great job on our roof installation. Completely tore off old shingles and reinstalled roof in one day. The crew cleaned up everything after the job was completed and tarped the lawn and bushes around the house during tear off. You can tell Donny is more than just a business owner he was at the site at least six times throughout the project making sure the crew was doing the job correctly and they way he wanted it done. I have nothing but positives from my experience dealing with the owner Donnie of Granger Roofing and Construction. He came out and gave us an estimate on a Saturday, and barely a week later, our roof was done. He was always prompt, and thoroughly explained everything. Donnie and his crew stayed until after 7pm to finish up the roof, with a small chance of rain that night. They protected our garage door and planters, and picked up all of the debris with magnets even. He even came back the next day to make sure the trailer with old roof tear-off was picked up. Price was very fair and competitive with another estimate I had received. 100% recommended!

Th first thing I would like to say about this company is that the owner Donnie is a man of integrity. He does what he promises. He offers competitive and fair price even he uses only quality materials. He was polite. He always responded my calls immediately. Also, he was very patient with me in explaining how the roof would be replaced and answering my layman questions. During the discussion of the contract, he never used any salesman techniques, no pushing but explaining what he would do and what I would get.His working crew was polite and professional. They did a very good jobreplacing my roof recently. When it is finished, they thoroughly cleaned the roof, the gutters and the areas around my house including the bushes and the lawn. In addition, in this pandemic time, they were aware of keeping social distancing and never entered my home for using bath rooms.I had not met Donnie before we discussed about replacing my roof. "Couldn't be happier with my new roof!"I send an email for a quote and was very pleased how fast Donnie had got back to me. We made an appointment, I showed a list of what I wanted done. Estimate of roof replacement, ridge vents, removed old furnace pipe, reroof shed and Architectural shingles. He showed video of demonstration of GAF Shingles, talked about their product, and got an estimate on the same day. The price was good and the quality of GAF shingles look fantastic on my roof. What a nice man Donny is! He always responds to my call the next day and spent a good amount of time tracking down a leak over my front door (not related to the roof) He caulked a few areas and didn't charge me anything. He takes his job seriously and goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy! Definitely look him up if you need a new roof. Good quality work.
