We had them reside our house, they did a fantastic job. They showed up every day at the same time every morning and it was in November, cold, and they stayed all day and worked until late afternoon. They did a great job keeping me posted on some water damage that occurred and even were willing to charge a fair price to repair it. They even installed a new back door and screen door for me at a fair price. Overall very happy and would definitely use and recommend them.

We have always had such positive experiences with Schwartz Construction! They did a wonderful job replacing our roof three years ago. When we had siding damage a few months ago, we knew we could count on Sam and his crew. Sam is very knowledgeable and provides great insight on any project. He always takes the time to listen, consider every idea and answer any questions. He was very helpful working with our property adjustor in the claims process. Sam and his crew went above and beyond in the siding installation and additional projects. They always go the extra mile to make sure their work is of the highest quality. This is the 2nd roof they have done for me. First was a beautiful metal roof on my home in 2017. Just had them replace the roof on my 101 year old huge building - that had a lot of places they needed to be repaired before they could even put on the new shingles. The workers were wonderful, worked until dark, cleaned up everything (only found one nail on the ground so far). They were back early the next day and got it finished. Did a wonderful job, just love it. Would highly recommend - and I have done so. Great contractor.Service: Roof installation

During a recent storm, the fascia on my elderly neighbor's soffit came loose. I called Schwartz Construction & Sam said he would stop & look at it. He called me 2 days later & said he fixed it. When I asked how much we owed, his reply was "Nothing, that neighbors help neighbors". Thank you so much for helping our neighbor!
