They came out and did a full roof inspection. Their findings were very positive. I feared a bad roof as I had some water staining on my ceiling. They reported that the roof was in excellent condition but I had experienced a slight bit of condensation inside the roof during a rapid temp drop. Very happy with this company!!

Great company. In and out in one day. Complete tear off and replace 14 sheets of plywood. Excellent job and a great clean up after finish. Fair price. Joe was very professional. He came out to do an estimate of my roof and found that there was more damage done then what the insurance company had said. Joe and his wife Michelle worked together and made sure that my insurance company paid for the damages that was done to my roof. Joe and his crew came out immediately and fixed my roof after getting the money from the insurance company. They were done in one day. They made sure my whole yard was cleaned up and no debris left behind. I would HIGHLY recommend Bates Roofing to anyone and everyone. Upon closing for our fist home Bates Roofing came out an installed 2 bathroom exhaust vents for us for us to close onetime for out home. Amazing service and vary trustworthy! 10/10 would recommend.Service: Attic venting

They were to call me to set up an inspection time. They called. I answered . They hung up the call. I called back . Now phone is off . I called 4 or 5 times over tge next 2 days and left messages .NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK OR SHOWED UP. I really needed assistance with an interior issue caused by a leak in the roof. I would not recommend this business as there is over promising by the lady who sets up the inspection appointment about their integrity and I did not get the opportunity to find out one way or the other. I WIULD NOT RECOMMEND...
