Contacted Burrage Roofing on January 24th for possible ice issues on roof which caused water in basement. Mr. Burrage said they would send someone out that day. Three gentlemen arrived that afternoon and removed snow and ice pack around chimney area. After assessing the area, they installed flashing around the chimney the following day. Mr. Burrage was in contact throughout the repairs to make sure everything was right. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them. Thank you, Kendrick

Ice ripped my entire gutter from my home leaving exposed wood (snow coming off the roof and rain in the forcast). I contacted Kendrick at Burrage and they sent someone out immediately (in the dark at 7:30 at night) to assess the damage and showed up the very next day to replace my gutter! Excellent customer service!

We contracted burrage to handle damages from the tornado in april. Our roof was finished, however the crew they subcontracted didnt complete the work until we called about it several times and they left roofing nails all over our yard. Burrage was also supposed to do our siding, attic windows and gutters. None of that has been touched in months nor have we been contacted by them on when the work will start. We had damage to our ceiling indoors as well from the storm. Thats has only be half done and again, no word of when that work will get done. There is lack of communication, timely work, and efficient service.
