Sam and his crews are first rate, experienced and professional. Sam came out personally numerous times before work started to make sure everything was in order and what we wanted. Also, came over several times during the renovation. Never seen a house get totally redone from roof to siding so fast and so well. His crews are some of the hardest working professionals I’ve ever seen! Foley Contracting was on site and working at 7:am. The crew started on our two-story home. Removing old shingles down to the sheeting. Once removed Ice Dam Protection was put on the first 6 ft. of the roof. They completed with main roof bye noon. Moved over to the three car garage and tore it off. They had it completed and cleaned up just a little after 5pm. Foley's crew went the extra mile on cleaning up. A special things to Matt Fuhr for help use with our project.Great Job,Robert Shaffer

My 93 year old mom had foley replace the roof, siding and still waiting for the gutters to be done after a hail storm. They replaced part of the siding but didn't even change the corners. 3 of the corners are right in between the new siding on both sides. It's a close match but it should have been replaced. Who replaces new siding and leaves on old corners that's not an exact match. My mom has argued with the salesperson about it but has gotten nowhere. It shouldn't be up to a 93 year old woman to make sure the job was done right. Picture of the corners laying right on the skid that they dropped off. Why wouldn't they have put them on??? So upset. UPDATE: HERE WE AGO AGAIN. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FIX A COUPLE THINGS. IT WAS ALREADY DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON WITH THE SALES PERSON. IT WAS SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE THE 4TH PICTURE, INSTEAD THEY USED CHALKING. AND THAT DOESNT EVEN LOOK GOOD. I COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. AND THIS COMPANY CAME RECOMMENDED. WHAT A JOKE....

After dealing with a very unhelpful company I got in touch with Foley and they were super fast and helpful. Foley dealt with my insurance company which resulted in a much quicker payment and within two weeks I had a brand new roof and gutters! We couldn’t be happier with their work!

Foley Contracting re-did our roof, gutters, and siding. The final product was beyond excellent. Sam was informative, patient, and a great advocate. He had great insight as to what colors and designs to choose and the final product turned out even better than imagined. The workers who completed the tasks were courteous, happy, detail oriented, quick, and were diligent about a thorough clean up. Sam followed up often to ensure satisfaction and was very involved in the process from beginning to end. Highly recommend Foley Contracting!

We had hail damage on our home in April. Foley's team showed up early, got to work, were respectful of our home and yard. They set up tarps appropriately, plywood over sensitive areas of the home, and picked up all of the trash. They had all of their materials and trailer picked up within 24 hours of being done on site. They made two follow ups to make sure everything was done as expected. I would highly recommend this company for your construction and home needs. They had our home done in one day and it looks perfect! Sam Foley & Matt Fuhr were helpful and punctual.

Foley Contracting recently put on a new roof, including tear off, for me. The entire crew did an amazing job on the roof and with the clean up afterwards. They also had the best price out of the bids that I requested. It was done professionally and quickly with little evidence that they had been on the property except for a great looking (and non-leaking) new roof. Sam and his group are unbelievable. After the Spring hale storm, Sam was our first call and he was here the next day. He was honest and straight-forward, and told us that he was overwhelmed with work but would get to us in the Spring of 21. We agreed on this timeframe, but Sam was actually able to get us done in the Winter of 20. His team’s results are amazing!!! They are professional and courteous, and best of all, Sam handles all of the insurance claims. Without a doubt the least stressful contracting experience I have ever had. There aren’t enough stars to rate him appropriately. Sorry I don’t have any before photos, but trust me it’s a drastic improvement; and yes, they finished the chimney chase. I was premature in the pictures. Also, he beat me to the punch, so I didn’t have the shutters ready for him to install.

The crew even worked until 8PM the first day (on the hottest day of the year). The quality of work was outstanding and the crew was very meticulous. The Foley crew did an excellent job in replacing our roof. Sam took the time to answer questions I had about the installation and followed up when the job was completed to ensure we were satisfied. The crew worked unbelievable hours (13-14 hrs / day) to get the job completed quickly. They protected our house and landscaping and did an excellent job cleaning up each day. Our family experienced hail and wind damage to 3 of our individual homes; all 3 needed new roofs, and 2 also needed new siding. We have so many great things to say about Sam Foley and his crew, but I’ll just include a few here. Sam Foley is #1! He says what Foley will do, and he follows through (to the letter) on what he promises. To say he went out of his way for each of our families would be an understatement. Though they were very busy with a lot of jobs due to the recent storms Foley was able to get me scheduled and the new roof finished in a very short amount of time. Matt was great to communicate with and their crew was hard working and respectful to my family and my property.
