I had no idea my roof was damaged. Mayday inspected my roof for me and pointed out issues from storm damage. Jake the project manager from Mayday Restoration handled everything for me with the insurance company. Both of my roofs were repaired in a timely manner one day for each with cleanup. Mayday did an amazing job from start to finish! After being told our 1st claim was denied by a guy who was on our roof for 10 minutes Zach and his team found numerous areas of hail damage not only on the roof but the gutters and window screens as well. Other than filing the claim with my insurance company they took care of everything else and got a new roof put on quickly. Their staff is made up of local people from the area. This was my 1st homeowner's claim and they went above and beyond to make it as easy and seemless as possible. Mayday helped me work with my insurance company to get a replacement house roof and garage roof. They were always responsive when I had questions on the process. Very poor communication from the beginning. Typical salespeople. Was unclear about cost and our insurance company didn't even know what was going on half the time from their lack of communication. We were told something would get fixed that didn't. They would never call to explain things only an email or show up unannounced both at odd hours. There were multiple houses in the neighborhood that had been damaged. They were the only company that had their workers out there on the most unreasonable day. They left trash in my yard and my neighbors. We paid them shortly after the work was finished and never could get a recipe. They even still asked for the check after it had been given because they don't seem to talk to themselves.Service: Roof repair
