Had Mark install rain gutters on a pole shed with a charcoal grey roof. They were installed very quickly and looked good, until the 1st time it rained. Had water running down inside the wall. I called him back to fix it and he came back and was there 12 minutes. After that they were still leaking, I got the ladder and started investigating myself. Found most screws had missed the perlins and were not tight. He had put clear caulk over some. Called him again and he came back out with an idea to put flex tape over all the screws and hangers. He ended up caulking the rest of the screws, but this time he used white caulk and the roof still leaked the next morning. I ended up removing every strap to clean off old caulk and put a bead of caulk between strap and roof. I had to put extra 2x4s under the roof to tighten down the screws that missed the perlins. Buyer beware. Quick sure wasn’t better this time. I wouldn’t recommend him to put gutters on a dog house.

The gutters we had put on are great quality & look amazing on our house, they were also very affordable. The only two things I am not impressed with was they never told us exactly when they would be put on- they just showed up. We didn’t even get a phone call prior of them letting us know they were even in town. Afterwords we also found multiple one inch sharp chunks of metal they had not picked up after in our yard. We have dogs & small children who visit frequently- I would have been very upset if they had cut their feet stepping on one of those pieces of metal.

We had water in our basement most every time there was a 3-5" rain, or during the wet months. Mark installed new gutters and downspouts. Have not had any water since! Thank you and great job!! Price is right, workmanship is top notch. Cleanup was perfect, and product is a one!!!!
