Joe did a wonderful job with replacing our gutters and downspouts so they were the right size for the angle of our roof, to help keep the water from overflowing during heavy rains and put the covers so we don't have to clean gutters anymore. He was quick with getting us a quote and on the schedule. Joe finished up the remaining spouts and gutters on a Saturday morning because a potential storm with 2 inches was coming on Sunday. We really appreciate the quality of work, timeliness, ease to work with and they cleaned everything up from the old gutters/spouts, nails and any debris. I called Thomas Exteriors today because we live in Polk City as is the company. Joe answered and I explained we had some siding that had come loose and much to my surprise, he made time to stop out after his work day and fixed it! He also went up on our roof to check our gutters because one was plugged that we noticed during the rain downfall today! Joe was great to work with. He showed up at the time we had agreed to meet and was very professional in the way he explained how he would be completing the inspection. I received a full inspection of my roof and was provided pictures of before and after to let me know what needed fixed and how he was able to fix them.
