OUT OF STATE BUYER - Excellent Experience. I saw an add for a vehicle on True Car that had everything I was looking for. I submitted a request for information about the car, and within an hour or 2 I was contacted by the salesman Rick. I asked a few questions about the car and explained I was very picky about about my vehicles. The pictures in the listing didn't quite show everything I was wanting to see, so I asked Rick to take some additional pictures and inspect the vehicle for me in greater detail. Rick was very happy to oblige. He pointed out a few small things that were not visible in the pictures, which gave me the opportunity to know what I was getting into since I was 600 miles away. I decided I liked the vehicle and expressed I would like to fly out and look it over. Rick immediately offered to pick me up at the airport. I flew into Sioux Falls, SD, and as promised Rick was there waiting in the vehicle I was interested in buying. I looked the vehicle over with a fine tooth comb, and only found the same issues that Rick had already disclosed to me. We drove back to the dealership, completed the paperwork, and I was on my way. It was honestly the simplest car buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. If you like upheld promises, full disclosure, and a deal on a handshake that means something, you will love Papik Motors.

Well I guess there manger Justin has a problem with people putting a neutral rating on this truck that I almost bought a week ago . Well I like how you tried to put the salesman into it when your the one claiming it was sold if I didn’t take it I should post the conversation your salesman sent me so everyone can read it! One he was not even brought up in my statement 2 you lied saying went to Luverne Minnesota store when you still have it there so if you can’t take a rating positive or negative find a different job! Instead of putting lies to your salesman! The salesman was doing his job if he would of had more time he would of had the sale!
